Then
things pick up from before, and the clean up commences as Agyou leads.
Eventually the room is cleaned up all the way, and you say you feel
refreshed after it’s all done. You called the gang at some point, but it
still took a while for things to finish here.
Agyou
says he’s tired and doesn’t want to clean anything for a while.
Tsathoggua says he doesn’t want to clean for the rest of his life, and
Agyou snaps at him saying the dust slimes will come back if he doesn’t.
He tells him to clean at least once a week, if not every day. Tsathoggua
 just whines in response.
Later you guys
are back outside in front of the casino as Agyou thanks Temujin and
Gullinbursti for helping. He also sighs about how much cleaning had to
be done despite it being New Years. Gullinbursti waves off the thanks
since he says he decided to do this himself and that he ought to be
thanking him instead. Because of this he met you.
You
can either shake Gullinbursti’s hand or hug him. Either way at that
point both your minds and bodies make contact, and you both feel a
connection linking you two together. This connection then manifests as a
summon crest shining and floating on the surface of your bodies. You
then point out that it comes out when you summon your artifact and can
bring up that Solomon said something.
Gullinbursti
says this means he really did come answer your call. You two let go,
and the brand disappears. Agyou asks if this is what Amatsumara was
talking about earlier. Gullinbursti says it’s strange and that he can
see something like Freyr inside of you.
He
talks about how he was created only for Freyr, then wonders why it is
he’s so happy to see you and if he’s allowed to feel that way. Temujin
says he understands his hesitation and says the way you are is very
interesting. You are someone he knows as well as someone mixed with
other people.
Temujin decides he doesn’t
care about that and tells Gullinbursti as much. And assuming I’m reading
this right Temujin says the Xanadu Pillar which has broken into a
hundred pieces could possibly know. He won’t check with it though,
because whatever goes on between him and Jahmuka won’t be given room for
 things to intrude upon.
Temujin says he’s
confirmed you as his friend, and he doesn’t need anyone’s intervention
or permission to do that. Gullinbursti says he’s hard to understand, but
he does get that he’s strong. Temujin gets self-congratulatory for a
sec about the recognition, then turns to you and asks you something.
He
talks about how you/Jahmuka turned down his invitation to his ordo that
day and how he had no choice but to exile you. But he swears he won’t
let you escape this time, smiling aggressively as he touches you.
Temujin
says he wants to be with you, whether that happens with you having his
baby or you giving him your life. Until that happens he swears he won’t
let anyone else hurt you. You can either protest the lack of choice, say
there are limits to his braggart personality, or say you’re gonna leave
 with a no comment.
Agyou is scandalized by
Temujin’s comments, then amends his shock to be about Temujin talking
about his stuff in public. Gullinbursti says it is intolerable, but he
also says he can learn a lot from Temujin as a warrior. He thinks about
children and family with the same form as him, then decides to ask you
something.
You turn to face him, and
Gullinbursti struggles to say anything as he flaps his mouth a few
times. He then says he’s decided on you as a master and says he wants to
protect you forever. He doesn’t plan on going back to Yggdrasil anytime
soon, but he’s not that familiar with this world. So to that end he’d
like what he calls a cornerstone for this world and hopes you can give
him one.
You can either ask what he’s
talking about or say you have an idea where this is going. He then says
he wants to have a baby with you if possible, mentioning that his
original concept is telling him he’d be more helpful that way.
Agyou
clutches his pearls at Gullinbursti’s suggestion and asks why that’s
been happening all day. He also protests there are more stages to this
sort of thing. You can either ask Gullinbursti about his original
concept or say you can’t believe he’d say something like Temujin.
Gullinbursti
says Freyr governed fertility and was an equal to Thor. Since he was
made to serve Freyr he also has a concept more in line with that domain.
Regenerating his health is just a practical application of it, but
fertility itself is the power that created his body.
Temujin
is surprised anyone would have a similar power as him and says the
world outside Xanadu must have expanded. Then he says the idea is
foolish...because he calls dibs. He was fine with being in the same
space as him but he’s not gonna let anyone touch his man, or else
they’re gonna die.
Agyou interjects to say
that’s not the issue here and tries to get Tsathoggua to say something.
Tsathoggua thinks it’s personal business that the uninvolved should stay
out of. Agyou complains that he’s just indirectly saying it’s a drag.
He
does jump on the involved party bit and says you should make your own
feelings clear. You can either say you’re busy with app battles, say you
should start as friends, or say you’d be okay with having both of them
at once.
If you go with A or B, Agyou
desperately agrees with whichever excuse you go with. If you go with C
he snaps at you for being inappropriate. In any case he says
relationships start with friendship like his Grandpa told him if you
don’t bring it up yourself. Gullinbursti seems to understand the order
of things and apologizes for going too fast. He also says he didn’t use
enough words, then clarifies it doesn’t have to be now. As he was made
for you he can wait however long it takes, though he worries someone
could take you in the meantime.
Gullinbursti
then talks about how he can only count the number of warriors on
Temujin’s level, commenting on the strengths Temujin has that he
doesn’t. Temujin says he should just back off then, but Gullinbursti
responds that he can’t because he can only go forward. He then swears
he’ll train hard until you’d have to pick him the next time you meet,
when he’ll be a worthy guardian and have lots of substitutes with you
then.
You ask him to explain his thinking
after hearing the substitute bit. Gullinbursti says he’s grown a lot
over this incident. Then he thinks that since he has no replacements he
has to protect himself too. But if there are replacements ready then
it’d be no problem if he’s destroyed!  You bitch him out for being dumb
and also have the option to punch him.
Gullinbursti
asks why you’re angry and won’t accept him. You either say you’re
cancelling the contract, tell him to think about it until he
understands, or say nothing. You guys touch again, but this time the
brand doesnt appear.
Gullinbursti thinks
this means he needs more training and looks crushed, like the world is
ending. Agyou tries to cheer him up, and Gullinbursti thanks him, saying
he has to get even stronger. He says he’ll be going now, though he’s
reluctant to leave you and calls you his master still. If you ever need
him, he says to call for him and he’ll come defend you no matter what.
Agyou
asks if this means he’s not joining the guild. Gullinbursti responds by
saying he’ll think on why you won’t accept him for a bit, but he thinks
he’ll join someday. Then he tells Temujin the contest will wait until
then and runs off.
Agyou wonders if he’s
lonely as he watches him go. Temujin thinks it’s annoying how
presumptuous Gullinbursti is, but he lets it go because he thinks it’s
interesting. He also reminds him of himself from before he went against
Jahmuka.
Temujin then says that next time
you meet he’ll make you say you’ll have his children. He tells you to be
proud and wait, swearing he won’t let you run off. Then he leaves too
as Agyou starts shivering from the January chill.
Agyou
says it’s gotten quiet. You can ask if he’s lonely or suggest going
back now. In A he says he does a little bit, but he’s fine since he’s
strong and because you’re here.
Tsathoggua
tells you guys the taxi has come and says to hurry in as it’s cold.
Agyou asks if it’s okay to spend so much, and he responds by saying
money is a trivial concern compared to walking.
Time
passes and you’re back at the shrine recounting things to Touji. He’s
at a loss for words, which Agyou agrees with. Tsathoggua pops up to say
honey sweet sake after working is something special, letting him ignore
icy stares for a bit. Touji is shocked he doesn’t seem repentant at all,
and you can say it is Tsathoggua after all or say he worked a lot. In A
he says that’s rude and says he is reflecting on things and has ordered
his servants to keep his room clean.
Either
way Touji says that things have been settled without any issues
happening, then thanks you for your work. Agyou complains about being
tired and says he wants to eat the New Years food Shirou made, then
invites Touji to come have some too.
Agyou
says he came the other day to see Touji, since despite being guild mates
Touji never comes to the safe house. He pesters him to tell him about
shrine stuff, and Touji is surprised by this. He looks at you and tries
to silently ask for help since he’s not the sociable type. You either
suggest he come too or just stare at him.
Touji
gives in and tells Agyou to stop pulling already. Agyou cheers, then
asks if he can write on an ema board. You say you want to do one too and
suggest pulling fortunes too. Touji says he’ll tell the priest he’ll be
going out while you guys do that. He needs to change anyways and says
he’ll meet you at the shrine gates in 15 minutes.
Agyou
tries to get Tsathoggua to join in with the ema board wish writing too.
He tries to turn it down since he’s never done it before. Agyou
suggests he might get honey candy from the nice komainu if he writes
that he wants some on a board, which in turn convinces him to join in.
After
a bit Tsathoggua leans over to ask Agyou why he’s writing so far back
on the board, saying no one can read it like that. Agyou gets defensive
and says it’s fine, then tells him to stop looking at it. Tsathoggua
wonders what he’s so embarrassed about but doesn’t feel like looking
closely into it. Agyou protests that that’s not the issue, then starts
pushing Tsathoggua to the entrance. You follow along after them.
Narration
then brings up Agyou’s board which turns out to have a letter to Ungyou
that you feel like you can see between the board gaps. “Dear Grandpa,
I’m doing well. I’ve made a lot of friends. I’d like to show you them
one day.” That’s where the episode ends, to be continued in the extra
episode.
