Ueno Fluffy Dream Kingdom Prologue Part 2

Things pick back up with Alp having picked us up...from the next station away because the group managed to walk that far. He can wrap his mind around you guys not knowing where the school is, but getting that lost is a special kind of stupid to him. Google says that Ueno and Okachimachi Stations are six minutes away on foot, 450m/.28 miles apart. You guys had to go back to Ueno Station before he can guide you guys to the school.

You try to make an excuse that no one was able to agree on which way to go. Durga claims to have seen a sign and that everyone should have listened to her. Wakan compliments her for seeing something they didn’t, but Gunzou argues that he was following a map app. He also says Durga should have said something at the time if she did see a sign. She argues everyone else was too far away to call back, and by the time she caught up you guys reached Okachimachi Station.

You try to get everyone to calm down, say you guys went in the exact opposite direction, or thank Alp for coming. Alp says that since he had to run it would’ve been better if he just met you guys at the station to begin with. Then he yells at the jocks to stop bickering.

Alp then offers them pandayaki, claiming to be the model for them. Durga is surprised and asks if he’s famous, and Wakan Tanka says they look just like him. Gunzou says they do look like a panda beastman, then asks for one himself.

Alp agrees, then has an internal debate about whether the pandayaki are *really* modeled on him or not since he just happens to look like a panda. You either ask if it’s true or just take a piece. In A, Alp changes the subject and says it’s time to go.

Some time later you guys arrive at the school, and Wakan comments on how impressive it is. Gunzou asks in shock if this is really where everyone will be making picture books because he saw a danger sign out front. Alp says the school may seem a bit dangerous, but it’s not that bad.

Cu Sith waves you guys over, so you greet him. He apologizes for not coming to get you guys too since he had to stay and help with overnight prep, then remembers he should introduce Jambavan and Fenrir.

Jambavan freaks out at seeing you and tries to claim this is the first time you guys have met. He runs in close to you and whispers, asking you to play along because he doesn’t want the others to know about his side job with Alice. Then he gets on with his introduction.

Fenrir gives his name, then says he doesn’t plan on getting friendly with anyone. The jocks don’t bat an eye and introduce themselves. You exchange greetings after them, give your name, or talk to Fenrir and say it’s been a while.

Going C, he treats you warmly and says that the fate of twilight must have brought you here. Cu is surprised you two know each other and asks if you’re friends. Fenrir denies being friends and instead describes you as a comrade/rival he faced trials with. Wakan interprets that to mean really good friends, which seems to touch Fenrir.

Anyways, Jambavan says that he’s on the same team as Fenrir for the workshop. Cu Sith tells you that it’s because of Jambavan that he decided to participate, and Jambavan says that thanks to Alice a friend, he’s gotten interested in making books. He’s made some simple ones before, but now he wants to try for something more involved.

He was talking with Cu Sith about it, and that’s how he got involved. Jambavan already had his team set up though, so he helped Cu with getting his own team made. Alp says that Jambavan is popular to be so depended upon. He seems surprised and says he doesn’t think that he’s popular per se. Plus it’s why he has so much work.

Cu Sith says he’s happy with being on a team with you and Alp, then thanks Jambavan for telling him about the event. Jambavan says they should all have fun making the books, then says it’s about time to get going, so he’ll show the way in.

Jambavan takes you to a crowded lecture hall or gym or whatever, and everyone there is a bit agitated waiting. One of the teams is yelling already. Kuniyoshi is going off about all the furries around and how it’s a dream come true for him to get inside Ueno Academy. Benten yells at him to stop since she’s trying to take the perfect selfie, and Licht is trying to calm them down. Unfortunately the whole group falls in your direction.

Alp asks if you’re okay, and you’re only mildly hurt. You then ask Kuniyoshi who he is. He apologizes for getting into a frenzy and asks if you’re alright too. Then he segues right a rant introducing himself, asking your name and if you’re here for the workshop and professing how great furries are. You either introduce yourself, say you’re here just to make a book, or call him a motormouth.

Licht sighs and tells him he told him so. Benten adds that he ought to be more humble since she’s joined up too, then stops as both she and Licht notice you. You either treat this as a first meeting or greet them like it’s a reunion. Going with B, both are pleasantly surprised and comment on you being here for things. Benten also recognizes Fenrir and says they’re competing this time, but she’s gonna take first place. Durga thinks she’ll like her.

Fenrir laughs and agrees to face off against Benten, the Fearsome Biwa Maiden. Benten goes on to express an interest in what sort of book he’d make. Anyways, you comment on Licht’s team and ask how they’re all connected. Licht tells you they all go to the same arts school where they heard about the event, so now they’re here together to participate as friends.

Benten speaks up to object to the friend bit to his shock. She insists that the team up was just how things rolled. Kuniyoshi agrees since he never said he’d get along with her. He also demands to know why she’s here since Licht invited him to join as he start pulling him away by the neck.

Licht’s touched by the gesture but tells him to let up because he’s choking. Benten says Licht invited her and she didn’t know he was in until that day. Then she grabs Licht by the waist and pulls him the other way. Tug-o-war ensues until Licht yells to you for help. You either wonder if this is a fair and kind decision or offer to cut Licht in half King Solomon style.

Going A, the tug-o-war continues a bit longer until Licht throws his hands up to put a stop to it. He argues that since it has to be a three man team, them’s the breaks. He’s already filed their application for the event so it’ll be a problem if they can’t get it together. Licht then says he’s getting a headache. Benten and Kuniyoshi reluctantly apologize and say they’ll try.

Since they both turn to face opposite directions Licht sighs wondering how things will go the next few days. He insists to you that Kuniyoshi gets into a tizzy when Benten joins in and isn’t always like this. You express some sympathy for his plight.

Gunzou says Team Licht is looking bad, and Wakan says their team has more teamwork which they should show off. Durga is in on it and the three pump themselves up. You either applaud them or question their unity. Alp says he’s worried about people getting hurt with it being so crowded. Jambavan says an infirmary doctor will be around just in case, so it should be okay.

Cu Sith comments on him knowing this, so Jambavan says Leib told him he’s the doctor for the duration of the event. Cu Sith is surprised and says Leib handling that reassures him. You then ask who Leib is or say it seems like he’s being depended upon.

Going A if it matters, Cu Sith says Leib is their senpai in the college department. He describes Leib as sloppy and a mess without him around. Also he’s always wearing a worn out lab coat, yawning all the time, and a polar bear therian. But when things are serious everyone relies on him.

Kuniyoshi is about ready to wet himself in excitement over all the beastfolk in the named cast gathered together so far. Wakan doesn’t count to him apparently by the way. Around this time a koala alchemist tests the mic as the lecture is about to start.

Anyways the alchemist is the presenter and thanks everyone for coming. His Stand or whatever talks too, in a more rougher pattern as opposed to his own more polite teacher style. The alchemists asks you all to not pay it any attention, then moves onto explaining things.

So for the three days two nights, all participants will be staying at Ueno Academy to make a picture book. Everyone has to make something according to a theme and make one book. The Stand adds that every book will have four copies of them made, so everyone can bring one with them back. The last one will be put on display on the last day. The Stand tells everyone to ask for help if anyone needs it. The alchemist then announces that the theme for the books this event is “kingdom of dreams.” And that’s where the prologue ends.
