Things begin with a flashback of Kyoichi's past where he has by all appearances bluntly shot down some girl who confessed to him, so much so that she calls him an asshole and slaps him across the face. This happened back in his second year of high school on Valentine's Day when said girl gave him chocolate, and he still remembers how that slap hurt. Looking back, Kyoichi admits that he might have too much of a no mental filter problem. Still, he's of the belief that it's wrong to hide what you think, and he lived his life thinking it's best to be upfront and honest.
Having said all that, Kyoichi admits that he's noticed that this incident and one other coming to mind still lead to others being hurt. That other thing was coming into his classroom and finding that an umbrella drawn on the blackboard and with his and a student's name beneath it. Said student hung their head in in shame, looking close to tears. If he could go back to that day and redo it, maybe he could have resolved it without the crying. He didn't know what to think though, which in turn has led to him brooding over it this entire time.
Title card pops up, and this chapter is called Begin Operation Storm.
Back to your side of things, you, Shouen, and Hisaki shut off the power to two or three machines that were on inside the abandoned TV station. Shouen observes that all of the villains around have turned tail and run, then asks Hisaki how things are on his end. Hisaki declares that the radio waves have stopped being sent to town, so no one in Orient City should have a thought window popping up anymore. Shouen is glad to hear that, and you comment that's one problem solved and/or say you're relieved at that. At this point, your phone rings with a call from Huckle. When you pick up, Huckle starts asking how things are on your end.
Huckle is glad to hear the TV station signal has been shut down, which should solve the problems in the city for now. All that's left is dealing with the villains on his end probably, though he says it is turning into a bit of a fight. He thinks there's about 100-200 or so fighters on the villains' side, and while Team Huckle is fighting on the ship deck there's still a huge number disparity to deal with. They still haven't made their way inside the ship yet, so if you guys could join them that'd be great. At this point Akashi seems to take a hit or something, so Huckle looks to see if he's okay. He is, though he is getting frustrated at the onslaught to go through as he goes back in swinging. Huckle turns back to you and says that's how things are. The police have been contacted, and it'll take some time to calm the city down. He tells you guys to be careful coming down the mountains, and if you guys have a chance at getting to him he asks you to call him again before hanging up.
You turn to Hisaki and Shouen and inform them that the other team is in a big battle, then worry about them and say you'd like to head over right away if possible. Shouen notes that you guys are up in the mountains while the other team is at sea, so they're pretty far away. Getting down the mountain and grabbing a boat to get there is probably going to take one or two hours at least, and Hisaki says there's no way of knowing how the others will hold up after that long. And if that's the case, he figures he might as well throw everything in a do or die bet and use something. You ask Hisaki what he means, so he just tells you guys to get in the car and says he'll drive this time. Shouen is surprised, but he complies.
Once you guys get back to the car, Hisaki revs up the engine like normal. Shouen asks if you guys are driving normally and asks where you're all going to go. Hisaki answers that you guys are going directly to the villains' ship, and he smirks as he tells you guys to watch as he pulls out a secret lever by the steering wheel. He yells dramatically about changing the car to flight mode as he yanks this lever, and you are taken by surprise when the car starts shaking.
When you look outside the windows, the car starts going up as if lifted by jacks. Two wings with small engines attached unfold from beneath the car, and Shouen attempts to ask for an explanation. Hisaki answers that he turned the car into a vehicle that can travel land, air, and sea as a hobby thing, though he admits it's a trial product. It doesn't need runways though! You either are amazed by that, say you understand why the doors seem so thick, or ask if the car is safe to ride.
Hisaki brags that he comes from an industrial company even if it was by happenstance. It's got the galaxy famous spacecraft industry seal of approval on the engine's stability, baby! As for the car itself...it's a work in progress, don't get your hopes up. Shouen gets alarmed at that, but Hisaki promises that if nothing else, he's not going to crash the car into the city. He says it's time for takeoff as he pulls on the steering wheel to get the other engines going, and the whole car starts rattling.
You exclaim that the car is starting to fly or yell about all the shaking. Shouen tells you to grab onto him so that he can act as a cushion for you, and he pulls you in closer himself. You calm down and say his softness is relaxing, say he does make a good cushion, or say you're happy. C gets an extra line of Shouen blushing quietly. Anyways, the car elevates past the treeline of the mountain forest, hovers in midair for a moment, then switches the engines to jet mode. Hisaki declares that the car is done switching to level flight mode, and he warns you guys to keep your mouths shut since he's going full throttle. You might bite your tongues otherwise. Hisaki steps on the gas pedal, and the car starts accelerating towards the city airspace. The car shakes like hell while gravity lays in on you to emphasize that speed. Shouen comments on how weird the car is, and Hisaki fishes for compliments as he mentions that the flight mode's top speed is 350 km/h (~217 mph). The view outside changes rapidly from residential area to skyscrapers to the ports to the sea. Hisaki laughs and says you guys should be there in 2-3 minutes at this rate. You ask for the other guys to be okay and/or pray that you guys make it in one piece.
Scene shifts over to the ship where one mafia mob informs the others that the bridge has detected a high speed object approaching fast. Mob B asks if it's a police or hero ship, but Mob A says it's not a ship and not an airplane for that matter. Akashi can hear this and wonders what they're talking about. Huckle isn't sure but he does have a suspicion as to what that means though. You guys are in visual range by this point as one of the mobs points at a flying van leaving jet trails headed straight for the ship, and Kyoichi is shocked to see it. Flamier recognizes it as Hisaki's car, and the mafia mobs attempt to shoot you guys down. Ryekie however intervenes by tackling them while not even in hero form, which takes Akashi aback at how strong he is. Huckle reprimands Ryekie since he's on camera duty, and if he moves too much they might lose their viewers. Ryekie apologizes and says he's not cut out for filming.
Back to your end, some mobs still manage to land some shots on the flying car, so Hisaki says he's glad he got the thing bulletproofed. Shouen notices that the car is shaking differently now and asks about that, so Hisaki says the engines are dying down and that you guys will have to land on the ship. You are alarmed at this, tell Hisaki to not crash the car, and/or pray to God. Hisaki attempts to assure you that the car won't blow up in all likelihood, and the car starts falling like a rock as Hisaki tells you there's no impact dampening so you have to put your head down for the crash landing.
The car grinds atop the deck as it crashes down, and the mobs run around trying to get out of the way. Flamier notes that the car itself seems fine, but she worries about how you guys are inside of it. Akashi yells to you and asks if you're okay, and Shouen manages to open to doors and carries you out of the smoking car before setting you down on your feet. You say you thought you were going to die, express relief that you're alive, or sigh in happiness about Shouen's fur. C gets an extra bit as Shouen blushes and asks you to stop rubbing your cheeks against him so much.
Hisaki sighs that he's glad he made the car so durable, though he notes that it's out of commission now. Kyoichi calls out to him and Shouen and is glad that you're all okay. Flamier can tell from the smell of the rising smoke that the car used standard car fuel to fly and expresses curiosity as to how it all works. Kyoichi tells her that it's a problem as a hero that her attention jumped to that right away. Akashi sighs in relief, glad you guys don't seem to be hurt.
Akashi notices that Shouen has a new hero form and asks about it, so Shouen explains that this is the form that came out of the wish that you drew out from him. Flamier can tell his umbrella has a brush in it and compares it to a spy tool. Kyoichi thinks aloud about Shouen gaining a new form like his, then asks you to change him into his alternate form since he wants to match Shouen. Akashi is surprised by this request since he's been fighting just fine in his default, so Kyoichi says he's doing it because he feels like it and that his motivation will be linked to his results as he asks Huckle if it's okay. Huckle is surprised himself, though he agrees to it and says a new form would keep the audience's attention. He'll keep operating Akashi and Flamier in the meantime and asks you to take Kyoichi, so you agree, sigh at Kyoichi, but proceed to activate the slide transformation.
Once Kyoichi is transformed into his spy hero mode, he gets pumped up and suggests to Shouen that they work hard together. Shouen agrees, and he notes that while they have different approaches when it comes to secrets they're working for the same end result. Akashi wonders what's up with them and expresses some mild jealousy, so Kyoichi teases him for being cute and into spy stuff. Akashi blushes at this and tells him to stop messing around and fight already.
Hisaki says things will be okay now that he's here, and Flamier is glad that everyone is enjoying themselves. Huckle reminds Flamier that this isn't the best time to be having fun though and asks her to be ready. Flamier says she'll bring all the pretty sparks for everyone to see, then says that the smell of gunpowder smoke really gets her excited. Ryekie gets concerned at this and suggests to Huckle that they shouldn't leave her to her own devices. Huckle agrees and is amazed that Heroic Educators can keep Flamier under control. But anyways you rally everyone and say it's time to fight again, and everyone agrees as the episode battle starts. More happens after that.
After the battle, a couple of mafia mobs are taken down, one of which is in disbelief that they lost despite having numbers on their side. Hisaki brags that they're top tier heroes, and that there's no way they'd lose when they're working together. Akashi is taken aback at Hisaki calling himself top tier with a straight face and says he's getting winded himself. Shouen says there's no telling what'll happen inside, but you guys will have to go if you want to stop the villains' plot. Kyoichi says there's no sense in pulling out now after getting this far, and he says he'll take on whatever pops out.
Huckle tells everyone that the enemy resistance will be getting stronger from here, so everyone should focus. Akashi seems a bit worried but he does his best to get psyched up. Everyone starts heading in, but Flamier stops on the way because she notices that the ship has a nameplate up by the entrance that has a very familiar logo and name on it. She reads off that it says the ship is a marine transport ship for Archimedes, and she wonders why the villains have it. Kyoichi urges her to keep going before more villains show up, which snaps her out of her thoughts as she says she's coming. Flamier still takes a moment as she starts remembering some gossip from a few years ago involving her father's company, and she worries about the possibility of it being related.
Time passes as the party makes its way through the ship. The PA system announces that you guys are in Deck D Block 8 and orders everyone around to stop you. Mobs arrive and start firing upon catching sight of you. Akashi manages to defend himself in time and says if he weren't equipped with a Parallel Weapon he might have lost his arm. Kyoichi says their suits aren't going to be falling apart any time soon, and he counterattacks by firing off what he calls a chalk bullet. Akashi also retaliates as payment for the mobs shooting at his dominant arm since it's important to his athletic career, and the two's combined attack explodes Kyoichi's bullet in a blast that takes down the enemy squad. This also causes a smokescreen that prompts other mobs to retreat for now.
You compliment Kyoichi and Akashi on their combo attack. Kyoichi brags that he can show how deep the bond between him and Akashi can be shown here. Akashi is less pleased by this and is annoyed that the two of them can work so well together. You guys apparently run into a dead end as Ryekie points out, but Flamier hits the wall and can tell that there's something behind it from the sound. She warns everyone to get down and cover their ears, and she proceeds to bomb the wall down. Hisaki says this is crazy, but he's glad that the way forward is open. Huckle tells you to be careful of any sharp metal, so you either say yes or ask about him not reacting much to this. B gets an extra line where he tells you in resignation that he had to get used to it while fighting along with Flamier.
Ryekie attempts to lead everyone on, except some mobs were waiting with an ambush and couldn't be bothered to remember the full expression 'like moths to a fire' as they unload their shots. Flamier asks Shouen to handle this, so Shouen steps forward and asks everyone to step behind him. Flamier quickly notes that the hull is made of high tension steel, so she starts extracting molybdenum from it and says she'll use it to make pretty green flowers. Shouen writecasts "Wall" the same instant Flamier throws a bomb, leaving the explosion to hit only the mafia. Hisaki is surprised they could pull that off, and Akashi is concerned for the mobs since the blast let out some huge flames there. Shouen notes that they still have their Parallel Weapons, so even if their suits get messed up they should be fine. The minions groan, so you comment that they're still alive, if naked now.
Ryekie spares the minions a bit of pity before urging everyone to keep going. Flamier comments on how gentlemanly Ryekie is to put his jacket on the downed mobs, leading Kyoichi to be baffled that that's what Flamier was admiring and calling her incomprehensible. Huckle asks Ryekie if he's okay with that, so Ryekie says it's okay because he still has three spares of the same jacket. Akashi calls him a character out of an anime and asks if he really likes the design that much.
Time passes again as you guys reach Block E according to the villains' PA system, and they start lowering blockade walls from the ceiling. Ryekie tells everyone to start running at full speed, and Hisaki agrees since them doing this means you guys are going the right way. The whole party starts dashing through, the speed of which surprises you but not too much since they're heroes, but you still plead for them to not leave you behind. Kyoichi tells you to hurry up, but something falls out of his pockets. You try to tell Kyoichi of this, and you stop without thinking to pick it up and find that it's a letter.
Akashi tells you to hurry up, but Kyoichi sees that you won't make it and turns around for you to Akashi's surprise. He runs back, only barely missing having the wall close down on him. He catches you in a running tackle, and the wall shuts down separating you two from the rest of the party. Akashi yells out to you two, and the episode ends.
