Hell's Hot Paradise Prologue Part 2

Life really can escalate from zero to apocalypse in sixty seconds, but never mind that for now. One morning, you head over to the cafeteria where all the Summoners are making noise about one thing or another. You greet the gang and ask what they're talking about, so Moritaka greets you good morning and says they were talking about that rumored ghost story that's been the talk of the town. Ryouta asks if you heard about Awakage-sama since it's apparently a legit story. You either say you don't know what that is and ask for an explanation, doubt the story, or say it's creepy. A gets an extra bit of text glossing over Ryouta telling you about the unidentified black bubbles that appear out of nowhere and swallow up anyone who touches them. But it still sounds like a ghost story of the week.

Anyways, Shirou says Touji's heard that there's been a lot of victims from a bunch of different guilds, so this isn't just some ordinary ghost story. Touji adds that Hougen told him so in secret, so he's sure it's accurate info. If Hougen went out of his way to tell Touji of that, then Touji reasons it must be that dangerous. He and Shirou then start discussing what the guild will do after school during this incident, and Moritaka soon brings up that Touji handles ghost cases at a shrine as he asks what he thinks as a specialist in the field. Touji says he's not that big a deal, but in his personal opinion this doesn't seem to be spiritual in nature. He can't prove it with anything since it's just a gut feeling, but he suggests that everyone be careful.

You sit down with everyone at this point, and you notice that someone isn't there. You ask where Kengo is since he'd be fine hanging around at that time. Ryouta notices now that you've mentioned it and says Kengo will miss out on Chouji's breakfast if he doesn't show up soon. Shirou notes that Kengo has mostly stopped cutting class ever since you joined the school, and he figures he's just overslept or something. It's probably nothing, so the gang talks about other things and stick around to wait for Kengo to come. But he never does turn up even after sticking around to the last second.

Time skips to after school, and you express some worry about Kengo not turning up at all, especially since he doesn't seem to be in his room. You make your way to the guild safe house, but a foreboding feeling sticks to the back of your mind because of the ghost story topic earlier in the day. A chill running down your spine prompts you to move faster.

Once you get to the safe house and open the door, you give your greetings to Agyou. On any other day he'd bounce out and welcome you with a smile, but today you are instead greeted with silence. Peaceful days are already over, and you find Agyou, Hanuman, and Tsathoggua's darkened bodies. You react in disbelief at this as you try calling out to them, but the three of them are wrapped up in darkness like the rumor says and look for all the world like they aren't breathing. You try to stay calm as you think of calling for help, which in turn gives you the idea to contact Shirou. When you try, all you get is continual ring tones. Nobody else in the guild answers your phone calls either. You begin hesitating over either staying and waiting for someone to come or to look for help yourself, but soon after you hear someone's voice outside.

Tadatomo turns up yelling for you to respond if you're okay, so you run outside to see him. He's relieved to see you're alright, and he's breathing hard since he's been running hard to get to your location. It's clear that him turning up like this means something big is happening. Tadatomo informs you that all of Tokyo is being involved in a strange mystery case, though you might have figured that out already. But yeah, Awakage-sama has caused everyone caught up in it to die he says as he glances towards the safehouse. You worry about what to do since Hanuman and the others have been affected, and you can optionally express relief that Tadatomo is okay. If you do so, you get an extra bit of him blushing and saying he doesn't warrant your concern. He looks away as he tries to pin his tail wagging down with his hand, then continues on once he finally calms down.

Anyways, Tadatomo tells you that he knows almost nothing about what's up with this current incident. There's nothing in common among everyone who's been affected, and he doesn't know of any way to fight back either as he sighs apologetically. There is however someone Tadatomo believes may be able to explain more about what's happening, the sports doctor at Yoyogi Academy who has been investigating the case already. He's a pretty good doctor too, so maybe he has a clue and can save your friends.

Two figures approach as you and Tadatomo talk, and when he notices he goes on guard. He demands to know who's there and asks you to stay behind him, but you ask Tadatomo to wait as you realize it's Kamui and Xolotl. Kamui is glad to see you safe, saying he wouldn't know what to do with himself if you weren't. Xolotl meanwhile is in hysterics as usual as he tells you that Hakumen has gone all dark and stiff. The two of them throw themselves at you, which Tadatomo objects to since he's still in the middle of talking to you about what to do from here.

Once Tadatomo pulls Kamui and Xolotl off, the two calm themselves down a bit and start telling you what's going on with their guilds. Kamui says the Berserkers have taken heavy losses from this incident. He's tried calling a bunch of people in the guild, but nobody answered. Xolotl says the same has happened to the Tycoons, with many of the leaders being victims as well.

Flashback kicks in showing Hakumen getting suddenly attacked by the evil bubbles, which she calls gross and says she can't move. Xolotl attempts to save her, though he has no clue on how to do that. Hakumen calls him a dummy and to run, saying if both of them get caught then there's no one who can go get help. Xolotl attempts to protest, so Hakumen gives an exasperated and resigned smile as she declares that living is her big duty even if she turns to stone. She commands Xolotl to run for help since he can't do anything if he stays. Xolotl promises to do so and asks her to wait, wiping off his tears as he leaves. Hakumen watches him go, already resigned to the worst and starts thinking about how this wasn't how she figured she'd go. Her last thoughts are about whether you're okay, and she wishes she could've seen you one last time if this is how it ends.

Back to the present Xolotl cries about failing to protect someone important to him again, but since he promised to help Hakumen he asks you to help him. You say you need to save Agyou and the others too, so you need to ask for his help as well. Kamui says he'll help too for both your sake and for the Berserkers. Tadatomo comments that there might be too much going on here, but he figures it's better to have more protection for you. He then says he'll summarize everything for you.

Narration skips over Tadatomo telling Kamui and Xolotl about how Mineaki may know something, and the party decides to hurry over to Yoyogi. Before you guys can leave, black bubbles burst out from under Tadatomo and catch him. When you look at them, they seem to lead to a bottomless darkness. You call out to Tadatomo and reach out to him in alarm, but Tadatomo warns you away, saying it's too dangerous to get close to something you guys don't know how it works. He tells you to leave him as darkness encroaches on his body, and he looks like he realizes what's going to happen. Tadatomo apologizes for not being able to stick with you until the end, then asks Kamui and Xolotl to take care of you in his place. The two of them nod, and they take you by the hand as they lead you away.

Time passes to the point where the party reaches Yoyogi, and from what you guys have seen the Awakage-sama rumor is clearly no mere ghost story. The effects are widespread, people are hiding within their homes, and barely anyone is out in the streets. Normally at this time there's be tons of noise from sports teams doing their things, but an eerie silence hangs instead. Xolotl comments on how creepy the lack of noise is and questions whether Mineaki really is around. Kamui says he doesn't sense anyone around, but since you guys have no other leads you'll just have to hope Mineaki is around.

The three of you enter the building, and you quickly discover the dark still bodies of all the casualties inside. When you reach the nurse's office, Mineaki is revealed to also be one of the victims, which you lament in shock. The dark bubbles attack Kamui and Xolotl out of nowhere, freaking Xolotl out and surprising Kamui since he never let his guard down. You react in despair, beg them to stay, and/or call out for anyone to help. Kamui apologizes for not being able to continue on with you, but he was glad he could protect you at least. Xolotl screams an apology to Hakumen for being useless and laments that he couldn't do what Tadatomo asked of him either.

You have no time to say anything to them as the darkness covers them, and you decide to leave since anywhere else should be more safe than your current location. The moment you open up the door, the bubbles get you too, foaming up the moment you notice to swallow you up. You feel something like your life energy leave your body as the darkness takes you, and your consciousness fades as you resign yourself to an unavoidable end.

Title card pops up, and the prologue is titled Awakage-sama is Right Next to You

Some time later you realize that your body is rocking and that you seem to be carried by something. You open your eyes to see Mineaki and Xolotl, and Mineaki asks if you're okay. He was worried since you weren't waking up. Xolotl sniffles and says he's glad you woke up, and you notice that Kamui is carrying you. Your head is still foggy as Mineaki and Xolotl look at you in concern. You either express confusion since you thought you died, say everyone looks okay, or start to suspect where you are. Mineaki says he's pretty sure he knows what you're thinking, but all of you aren't strictly speaking okay. He prompts you to look at where you guys are since that'd be fastest. When you do, Mineaki says this is the world of the dead, which means you guys have all died. And on that note, the episode ends.

Hell's Hot Paradise Prologue Part 1

One day, after school, the Summoners have been gathered together and get bombarded with camera flashes. Zhurong nods to himself after that saying the pictures came out great and thanks everyone for agreeing to his interview. All the answers everyone's given him have given him a clear view that you guys are all close, he says as he smiles and lowers his camera. Kengo asks if they're done now, then offers to tell Zhurong how the two of your first threw hands at each other and became friends. Shirou attempts to stop this saying it'd be a bad influence, but Zhurong is excited at the idea and asks Kengo to tell him next time as he refers to him with nii-chan. Kengo is thrown off by the title but tries to roll with it and awkwardly tells Zhurong to look forward to it. You either tease Kengo for being bashful or talk to Zhurong and say it's amazing he's making a newspaper. In A, Kengo gets annoyed and tells you to shut up. Kids always got scared and cried at the sight of him, so he's unused to being admired like this. In B, Zhurong laughs and promises to show you the newspaper when it's done right away.

Anyways, Ryouta comments on how cute Zhurong is and says it'd be great if they had a little brother like him as he turns to Touji for his opinion. Touji agrees and says it's great that Zhurong is so polite. Zhurong blushes at the compliments, so Shirou gently tells everyone to stop there since it's bothering him. Zhurong waves it off and mumbles for a moment before thanking you guys. You either nod and proclaim Zhurong cute, be a weirdo and take a deep breath of Zhurong's scent, or say Moritaka's cute too. B has an extra bit of Zhurong weirded out by you. C has a different extra bit of Moritaka being shocked at you suddenly bringing him into the conversation like this and bluntly saying as much.

In any case, Moritaka points out that you guys are in the high school building and asks Zhurong if it took some courage to come over despite being an elementary student. Zhurong says it doesn't since he normally goes in and out of the high school newspaper clubroom, so he's already heard about you guys from a long time ago. Shirou looks awkward at this and says being told that makes him feel a bit self-conscious. Kengo jokes that they must be talking about how much of a nag and a nerd Shirou is, prompting Shirou to say his image turned out that way because of what Kengo's done. Kengo teases Shirou for being scary before running off, saying that having 36 plans for escape is the winning move. Shirou gets pissy as he chases after him, saying that's not going to be enough if he's going that far.

Ryouta sighs about Kengo and Shirou leaving, but he quickly shrugs it off to tell Zhurong he can come talk to any of them if he needs to interview them about anything. Zhurong nods and thanks everyone again for helping, and he leaves looking satisfied as the rest of the gang watches him go.

Time passes to Zhurong outside the dorm area and saying everyone is so interesting, and he comments on how weird it is everyone gets along so well despite being such a colorful cast of people. And since the interview went so well, he feels like he's been lucky lately since he's gotten some interesting scoops from the casino and colosseum he can apparently enter without issue. Zhurong is noted to be humming to himself and skipping, and when he comes across another photography club member they start talking to him.

Blue Yasha casually comments on meeting Zhurong and figures the interview must have gone well if he's in such a good mood. She was worried about him and asks if anyone talked down to him or did anything weird to him. Zhurong insists that he's fine and that everyone is a good person, so he'd like to go talk to you guys again sometime for data collection. The yaksha is happy to hear so, but she reminds him to be careful anyway since there's this new rumor going on lately.

Zhurong cocks his head as he doesn't know what the yaksha is talking about, so she elaborates. So hey, have you heard? Has anyone told you? It's the ghost story of Awakage-sama, that unidentified black bubble thing that all the public has been talking about lately. Zhurong immediately suspects it's something of a forced meme people have put together and started talking about, then accuses the yasha of treating him like a kid again as he says he won't scare that easy. Despite his disbelief, the yaksha solemnly shakes her head and says that unlike random urban legends, there's actual victims apparently. Everyone got swallowed up by Awakage-sama, turned pitch black, then got sent on to the next world. Zhurong starts looking concerned but he still tries to insist she made it up, though he can see in her eyes she's not trying to scare him.

The water yaksha tells Zhurong he ought to stop going on interviews for the time being and promises to bring him some more candy in the club room next time. Zhurong is saddened at this and asks when he can go again if it turns out Awakage-sama is a real thing. She sympathizes but says she's worried about him as she and all the other photographers dote on him. They don't want anything to happen to him on the off chance things go wrong. Zhurong is disappointed but gives in, saying he wasn't intending to cause his senpais worry. He does however plead to go finish up the interviews he already has set up, so she sighs and relents. She asks about his other interview being at Saru no Yu, that bathhouse in Asakusa. Anything else he'll have to wait on. She hugs Zhurong and pats him on the head as she calls him a good boy, which accidentally makes him sleepy. When she notices she says there's time before he has to go, so she leads him to a bench so he can nap on her nap and promises to wake him up on time.

Sarutahiko starts narrating about how he loves Saru no Yu and says the place picked him up when he came to Tokyo. He's also fond of the regular customers who accepted him immediately when he was some shady stranger, and their actions prompted him to think that there's no warmer, more welcoming place anywhere else. He did his best and devoted himself to repaying their kindness. But he was always an idiot and not one who's quick to get with things, so nothing went right of course. He was such a screw up that someone he refers to as Pops got mad at him a lot. Still, they saw he was trying. He thought of the place as somewhere where someone like him could stay if he tried, but then one day Saru no Yu started trending by word of mouth online. Some employee got exposed online, and he's sure it was himself. Pops (who turns out to be an oni) noticed this and watched him from afar. He called Sarutahiko a clumsy oaf, which hurt him to the point he ran away. He doubts Pops noticed, and he went off to cry out of sight like the sadsack he was.

Back to the present, Zhurong calls to Sarutahiko several times trying to get him to pay attention again. Sarutahiko tunes back in and apologizes, asking what they were talking about. Zhurong chirps that he was asking if it was okay to take pictures of him while he worked, then asks if Sarutahiko is okay since he noticed him spacing out. Sarutahiko quickly smiles to keep Zhurong from worrying, claiming he was just thinking about things and giving the okay for Zhurong to snap pictures whenever. He also suggests that they take a picture together since they're there already and says it can be a commemoration.

Zhurong is surprised at the idea and turns it down, saying he's just a cameraman. Sarutahiko insists and tries to take the group selfie together himself with Zhurong's camera, shocking Zhurong into giving in so he'll stop handling it so roughly. Once the picture is taken, they both look into the camera to look at the snapshot. Sarutahiko teases Zhurong for looking shy, causing him to argue that he isn't and just isn't used to taking a picture of himself.

Sarutahiko says it's a good pic and asks for a copy, saying he might go decorate it. Zhurong agrees, saying that once he has word of mouth comments from the inn, he'll bring it along with the newspaper it's for. Sarutahiko stiffens on reflex upon hearing "comments," which Zhurong notices shortly after and asks about. Sarutahiko claims it's nothing, so Zhurong leaves it be and says he'll go talk to the attendant up front and the customers. Sarutahiko wishes him good luck with the paper, then sighs about needing to work harder to himself when Zhurong leaves.

Time passes to Zhurong humming to himself and talking about being able to write a good article with what he's got. He smiles as he looks at his camera, which currently has the picture of him and Sarutahiko on display. Zhurong thinks about sorting out his pictures and getting to work on his writing once he gets back, and it's noted that the day looks to be a day like any other. He doesn't suspect that the rumored incident will drag in him and Sarutahiko at all.

Let's talk about ghost stories. Ghost stories are mainly things that spring up from baseless rumors. But the more these rumors spread from person to person, the more influence they pick up. There's plenty of people who say they get the creeps and feel like they're being watched in places like the school restrooms, some street corner, or a well. And it's possible people might run into the real thing. That's how all ghost stories start gaining power of their own, and in Tokyo such a rumor manifesting itself would be unthinkable. When it comes to ghost stories and faith becoming necessary, their nature is no different from other legends and folklore. And here on a hot day, someone's joke of a rumor becomes a genuine ghost story that would freeze your body.

Event title card briefly pops up, then tunes things back in at the police station where Tajikarao bringing some tea to a guest and saying Daikoku will come to see them shortly. Said guest is Mineaki, who sits across an empty seat as Tajikarao puts two cups down. Mineaki says the tea is good, so Tajikarao thanks him before excusing himself. He is heard greeting someone when he gets outside the reception room, and Daikoku comes striding in soon after. Daikoku politely apologizes for the wait and asks if Tajikarao showed Mineaki any rudeness, so Mineaki denies any such thing happening and says he can't complain since he showed up without an appointment.

Daikoku looks at the tea and thinks of it as thick and bitter, so he apologizes about it and says he'll personally teach Tajikarao how to brew tea. Mineaki laughs it off saying he prefers not being able to see the bottom of the cup. Daikoku laughs as well, then asks what business he has with him. Mineaki takes another sip, and once he sets his cup down he asks Daikoku if he knows about Awakage-sama. Daikoku says he does and refers to it as that ghost story going around the neighborhood, but Mineaki firmly tells him to stop playing dumb as he already knows there's been casualties involved. Daikoku suggests they can cut to the chase then and asks what Mineaki is trying to say here.

A silent beat passes, and the mood turns tense. Mineaki brings up that all victims of the Awakage-sama case have all been found in Enclosed Areas of some kind. Based on that, he reasons that Awakage-sama is likely to be a power that can only be used in Enclosed Spaces. Daikoku expresses some approval of him researching things that far, calling Mineaki an S Class Agent with abilities comparable to a private eye. He asks if Mineaki came to offer assistance with the investigation since it'd be a big help, saying he's the type to think working together would be better when it comes to these sorts of mysteries.

Mineaki can tell that Daikoku has clearly meant zero percent of what he's just said, and he directly accuses him of being the fixer/mastermind pulling the strings from behind the scene. Daikoku laughs the accusation off and calls it groundless, so Mineaki reveals he suspects Daikoku of having a power related to shadows. And since 'awakage' seems to mean 'bubble shadow,' that'd mean Daikoku would be able to make it actually happen. And as for a motive, Mineaki says that Daikoku doesn't like any of the residents of Takamagahara.

Despite what Mineaki said, Daikoku shows no reaction when one should be noticeable even to people without special eyes. Daikoku laughs and denies the statement, saying he believes everyone has their own value no matter where they came from. Mineaki points out that value can mean many things, but he doesn't belabor the point as he gets back to the main topic. He talks about how the rumor of Awakage-sama is spreading fast, and people are starting to believe it's real. Once a majority of the people in Tokyo believe it to be real, then Daikoku will be able to use his ability without needing an Enclosed Area.

Daikoku deviously notes that he could totally sink the people he hates into shadows if that happens, then thinks aloud about wishing for that upon his lucky mallet. Daikoku stops fooling around as he looks at Mineaki with a serious expression now, then points out that the above is still based on the assumption that he's responsible. He asks Mineaki if there's anything else, saying it's been a fascinating, meaningful conversation they'd had. Since he's so interested in the case, Daikoku offers to inform him if he's confirmed the veracity of anything.

Daikoku gets up and ends the conversation there, then picks up a phone on the wall to tell whoever on the other end that Mineaki's business is done and that he is to be escorted out. Mineaki decides to throw in one last bit and tells Daikoku that whatever schemes he has planned out, he's not really interested in bothering himself with them. But if any of those plans hurt his students, then it totally becomes his business and he'll be coming for him. Daikoku notes that Mineaki would be a tricky enemy to have and swears to the 'sun' that he won't do such a thing. Mineaki leaves as Daikoku smiles suspiciously, and the episode half ends with narration noting that they'll meet again following an unfortunate fate.

Live a Hero Summer Dive Amusement Epilogue

We pick off from last time with things mid battle, and Pubraseer says he'll never stand for losing against the shark Monster while he's here with his friends. He declares that this time he will protect everyone, then casts his ultimate move Glittering Star "Pénte Anamniseis." The crystals around him start shining brightly, and Pubraseer sends a gust of wind towards the party as he swings his flag around with no issues with water resistance.

Akashi is surprised to find himself getting healed and asks if that's Pubraseer's ability. Hitomi thanks Pubraseer and describes it as a warm, kind power before saying she can keep going. Hydoor snorts and says Pubraseer's done good and compliments him on his courage. Pubraseer notes that everyone seems alright, then points out that the shark has slowed down a lot, so now's their chance to attack.

You call out to the party that they should go all in on their attacks here to finish things up, so Hitomi agrees and says she'll take action. She casts her ultimate move, and her voice starts echoing from her speakers. This creates a tailwind that supports Akashi and Hydoor, and Akashi thanks her before asking you to send them VP. You respond affirmatively as you pour it in for them, and Akashi tells Hydoor they should do their thing. Hydoor just protests that Akashi shouldn't order him around since he knows that much.

Akashi and Hydoor both launch their ultimate moves, which combined with Hitomi's support fires off the energy ball almost like a railgun that cuts through water resistance. The blast lands on the Monster's core and cracks it from the force, and you and Pubraseer follow up with a spear charge attack with his spearflag as the flag part flutters. Pubraseer yells that the monster has to be destroyed for the future and for his life, then calls out to his old crew members for help, saying this attack is proof that they all lived.

The shark monster attempts to swerve away to evade the attack, but you grab Pubraseer's weapon to help push it along, telling him you're fighting too. Pubraseer is touched as he thanks you, then calls for a charge as you both ram his stick into the monster core against the monster's resistance. When you two cleave through it, the monster groans as the core shatters into dissolving fragments, and its body follows suit soon after.

Once the monster is gone, the strength seems to drain from Pubraseer as nearly drops his spear, but you gently hold him up. You two meet eyes and smile. Akashi cheers about winning once he processes what's happened. Hydoor laughs and says Pubraseer made a good showing for his first fight ever, and Hitomi laughs at Hydoor for being a tsundere since he was really worried earlier. Hydoor complains in embarrassment about being watched, then blushes as he claims he never worried about him or anything. Akashi casually glosses over that and thanks you for your efforts too, asking if you're hurt. You answer saying you're fine and say everyone did a great job.

Pubraseer starts talking about being glad everyone made it through okay, and when he's about to talk about the monster the party notices Pubraseer's old ship is doing something. It reverts back to the way it was before the shark started eating it, and Pubraseer's crystals glow in response to illuminate bits of the spaceship. Akashi asks about Pubraseer's Parallel Weapon reacting to the ship, and Hitomi is amazed by how beautiful the scene is.

Pubraseer's old ship returns to old form as the wear and tear of undersea pressure and time is stripped away. Pubraseer is shocked by this event, and the ship floats up a little bit before it starts falling apart again as time resumes its effects on it. Pubraseer is of course upset by this, but the destruction of the ship scatters it into little pieces that shine like the stars. There is no sign of Pubraseer's old crew among the light, whether the monster had absorbed them by that point or time simply took them. Pubraseer is disappointed by this as he hangs his head, but then he remembers how long it's been as he looks up again with renewed determination.

Pubraseer says he realizes that if the ship stuck around, he'd always be looking back to his past. He interprets what's happening as a sign from his old friends that he has to move on and can't stay where he is. He gives a little sigh, and you comment that the light is beautiful and compare it to the starry sky. Pubraseer agrees, then adds his own comparison to how outer space looked like when he and his crew all blasted off before trailing off sadly. You pull Pubraseer in for a tight hug, and nobody else can find the words to say anything about what's happening.

Pubraseer thanks his old crew, saying they've been up for a long time and can go rest now. He grasps his necklace which starts playing the message his friends recorded, and it turns out there's a bit more to it. "Captain Pubraseer. You are the pride of all us crew members. So...please...live, and remember us. We will always be with you as long as you're alive..." Pubraseer says he feels the same way about them and swears to not forget them a second time. He was thrilled that he was able to travel with them all, and he says he's proud of them all. Pubraseer watches the light of the ship dissolving away, and he remembers the companions he reunited with after a long time who are now gone.

Title card pops up, and this episode is called Held in a Sea of Stardust

Time passes to the point where the resort island ship resurfaces above the water, and it is now evening. Akashi lets out a sigh of relief at finally returning, saying it's only been a few hours but it felt like forever. Hitomi agrees that it's been a long day and asks Hydie if he's okay. Hydoor complains again about the nickname, and Pubraseer laughs about him still having some fight left before deciding to address the party again. Pubraseer talks about feeling terrified when he came back alive from the sea and was picked up by the resort ship staff. While he did live his life optimistically back then, he also spent that time feeling afraid and uneasy. He smiles here, smiling like he did while he was amnesiac, saying now things are different because you guys are here, and he thanks you all.

Akashi tries to brush it off as no big deal, which Hitomi agrees with since she says they're all friends. She turns to Hydie for his opinion, and Hydoor decides to give up on correcting her as he says that's fine. Pubraseer thinks on all this and on the idea of actually calling everyone present his friends, then accepts the label and thanks everyone again. You remind Pubraseer to not eat any strange fish he finds and give himself indigestion again. He's embarrassed by that, but admits he might end up doing that on his days off when he has nothing better to do. But still, he admits that's part of himself too so there's nothing to judge. It feels like there's two people inside of him now, which he says is a weird feeling.

You tell Pubraseer that you've lost your memories too, so you can empathize with that. Pubraseer is sympathetic towards you and says he wants to understand you better, saying it must be scary to not know your past. Since he lost his own memories, he's really appreciative of your consideration for him. Pubraseer tells you he hopes your memories come back, then asks if it's hard on you. You tell him you're fine since you have everyone with you, though you admit it does get bad at times. Pubraseer accepts this and says it's his turn to help you now. If you ever need him for anything, he tells you to let him know.

Pubraseer's respectful attitude towards you prompts you to comment he really seems different from before. Pubraseer says it's bizarre even for himself and says everyone should experience it once in their lives. He asks if it was easier for you to talk to him when he was more casual like before, so you say it's hard to choose and both are fine. Pubraseer responds by going with his casual speech patterns and joking about having you take care of him when he's feeling sick to his stomach again. This prompts a smile out of you.

At this point, Akashi notices Huckle running up to you guys, and he points to all the heroes running over from the docks. Huckle calls over asking if you and Akashi are hurt, followed by Ryekie yelling the same question. You greet the two of them and say you're back, and the party waits for the ship to dock and stop moving before running over themselves. Akashi announces his return to Sui and Mokdai, and Mokdai expresses worry over you guys and saying he should have stayed with you guys. Sui is glad Hitomi is okay and says she did great since she was watching your guys' battle stream.

Hitomi thanks her saying they were able to beat the pirates and the monster thanks to their VP. Hydoor expresses surprise at all the concern and support you guys got since he wasn't able to tell while underwater. Akashi teases Hydoor for being straightforward with his feelings for once as he puts his fist out for a fist bump. Hydoor is confused and hesitant for a moment, but complies soon after. He still claims he doesn't care, but he admits it wasn't bad. You comment that having people you can rely on is a great thing, so Huckle laughs and says you can count on him since that's what he's there for. Ryekie agrees and says he was worried about you guys.

Sui starts noticing a bunch of noise and asks about it, at which point Gammei barges into the scene demanding that Suhail come out. Barrel struggles to keep up with him and asks him to slow down, and you express surprise at seeing them or remember that you had called Gammei. Barrel notices you now and greets you, wishing you had asked him along too if you were going to come to such a nice resort. Gammei interrupts to get in your face and ask if Suhail is still close by, prompting Barrel to whine about being cut off.

Akashi answers for you saying Suhail left on a spaceship a short while ago, so he's probably off planet by this point. Gammei clicks his tongue at missing him, but he figures that "a short while ago" means Suhail can't have gone too far. He decides he'll just have to catch him on the way back and tells Barrel to get back in the car with him. Barrel protests about wanting to take a swim now that he's come all this way, but when Gammei runs off Barrel chases after him asking that he not ditch him. He still makes time to say bye, and Huckle wonders if pay day is coming up for Gammei to be so gung ho about this. Akashi comments that this might be the first time he's felt bad for Barrel as he watches him go.

Time passes again, and the other heroes who have come to the resort's pre-opening are relieved when they see that you guys are back safe and sound. Investigations are made to check on any ship damage and any other people possibly left behind onboard, and all the various agencies' heroes cooperate on these tasks. Pubraseer suggests that the party help out with this too, but Huckle says it should be fine and says he did good in the battle live. Pubraseer is surprised as he tries to downplay his part, but Huckle thanks him for helping you guys since you're important parts of the agency and looks at you guys.

Huckle suggests that you two take a break and leave things to everyone else. They're all heroes, so they've been restless wanting to do something. You guys have done enough already as the MVPs of the day. Mokdai agrees and says there's a place to take a break a little ways away, then informs you guys the celebration for the ship's construction has been postponed. The owner was really worried, but he's relaxed now that the ship is back. Huckle remembers that the owner has suggested throwing a party to celebrate getting the ship back instead, and he suggests going to meet with him after a breather.

Mokdai gets excited at the party suggestion since he figures that'll come with a dinner. Sui is surprised since Mokdai ate earlier, but she agrees with the idea of having fun after some rest. She invites Hitomi and Hydoor, though she needs to recheck Hydoor's name. Akashi invites Pubraseer to come along too, though Pubraseer is surprised at the idea and says he feels out of place.

You tell Pubraseer he's okay to come since he's also one of the heroes who protected the ship as well, and you start pushing him towards the dock. Hitomi is excited at the idea of the party and agrees to go. Hydoor attempts to back out of it, but Akashi bowls over his answer and says Hydie is definitely coming along, after they go take their break. Hydoor is shocked to be dragged along and complains about Akashi using that nickname, and Ryekie laughs, glad that everyone seems to be having fun. Huckle says it looks like you guys have made some good friends and is once again glad you guys are alright.

The party is loud and excited as they cross the wharf, and everyone goes off to their own rooms once they reach them. Pubraseer alone stops for a second to look back at the ship, and he talks to himself about how everyone is a friend and comrade to him. He swears to do his best for all the friends who helped him move forward again, and he grabs his necklace tightly. He thinks back to everything that's happened this incident, and he thanks everyone as he says he's proud of them. And so the day ends as the sun sets in the sea's horizon and the event comes to a close. The End.

Live A Hero Summer Dive Amusement Episode 7

A long time passed, long enough that people have forgotten that Pubraseer and his crew were dispatched out to space. By this point Muirauqa IV's sea level has risen considerably as a result of the environmental destruction that comes with the development of civilization. The advanced civilizations that Pubraseer had visited has sunk to the sea by now, and the planet calls it the Star of the Sea. There at the bottom of the sea, a cold sleep capsule was lodged into the crack of a rock wall, but eventually erosion widened the crack and let the capsule float away.

Resort Ship Worker: good god man the ship's almost done, I thought it was gonna stop for a while. Monsters showing up kept pushing plans back, you'd think the bosses would try to HURRY THINGS UP or something. Whatever, break ti--hey wait what's that?
Pubraseer's cold sleep capsule has floated to the surface, but badly damaged since it wasn't meant to be used for so long and under deep sea pressure.
Resort Ship Worker: wow what's this old looking thing.
Resort Ship Worker: (presses button)
Resort Ship Worker: hey cool it's openi--(SCREAMS BLOODY MURDER)

Sometime later
Pubraseer: ?...?...??....?
Resort Ship Worker: Hey you woke up! You okay? Can you talk?
Pubraseer: ...? Can...ta...lk??
Resort Ship Worker: ...you don't know Space Japanglish or something? Do you remember your name or anything?
Pubraseer has lost most of his memories aside from his name and the fact that grabbing his necklace makes him hear the voices of "some people"
Necklace: (unintelligible)
Pubraseer: ...?

Title card pops up, and this episode is called With Betrayal in My Heart for My Beloved Friends

Things then tune back in to Akashi yelling at Pubraseer to wake up and ask if he's okay. The party has avoided the attacks of the monsters popping up on their way to the bridge, and you are attempting to get the machinery working while Akashi calls to Pubraseer. Pubraseer wakes up shortly after with another headache, but Akashi is just glad he's awake and informs Hitomi and Hydoor about this.

Pubraseer starts speaking with a more polite and professional way with accompanying first person pronoun instead of his casual breezy tone from before now that he has his memories back. Akashi asks him what he's trying to talk about, then takes note of the new pronoun. Pubraseer apologizes for worrying everyone and says he's okay now, which Akashi accepts in confusion but commenting that something seem's different now. Hydoor also notices and says Pubraseer seems different, and Hitomi asks if Pubraseer is okay since he fainted after looking outside the ship, then asks if he remembers that happening.

You also look to Pubraseer in concern and notice that he's speaking differently now, having stopped messing with the boost controller. Pubraseer gets up as he holds his head, then starts thanking everyone for carrying him over when he passed out. He also says he's been helped a lot by everyone the way he was up until a short while ago, which is another thing he thanks the party for. Hitomi is surprised and asks if Pubraseer got his memories back, so Pubraseer says he has and the way he's speaking now is how he used to speak. He mentions he feels his character post amnesia is also himself, which is a weird feeling.

Akashi is surprised how different Pubraseer is compared to his previous self and how composed Pubraseer is despite all that. Pubraseer says that if another version of him lived a casual carefree life, he's sure he'd have talked like that too. He admits feeling he may have been a bit too laid back, but that's definitely a part of himself, which embarrasses him. He gives a brief awkward smile before abruptly shifting to a more serious one.

Pubraseer says he'll tell the party as much as he knows about the thing and ship that's outside the ship. He explains that he's an astronaut from another planet, tasked with studying the civilizations, environments, and ecologies of other worlds. Muirauqa IV was one of the places he was sent to long ago. But just before he and his crew were set to leave, the shark Monster attacked them, and he and his crew were sunk with their ship.

Pubraseer sighs before continuing on with explaining something he doesn't want to accept, and he wishes he could have saved even one of his crew mates instead of himself. But he was the one who was saved, and he figures his crew must have rebelled against him as he smiles wryly. He's proud of them, yet he can't bring himself to ask why they'd save him. He figures his life must have been preserved by the cold sleep machine, and his memory went blank after that.

You call Pubraseer's name in concern and start to ask about his crew, but all he does to answer that is shake his head. He tells you guys that the other thing outside is definitely his old spaceship he rode on with his crew, though an impact from the shark monster interrupts the explanation. Hydoor complains about the thing ruining the mood and asks if you got the boost controller set yet. Things are getting bad, and he figures the ship's specs should be just enough to get away. Hitomi agrees with getting the ship to somewhere safe, though Pubraseer seems sad about the idea of leaving as he stares silently at the monitor showing the shark monster.

Pubraseer turns to you and says he's probably been asleep for a long time, asking if there's any way to beat the monster in present times. You answer after a moment that you can think of just one thing, though it'll be dangerous. Pubraseer is shocked to hear so and asks you to tell him how. If the shark outside is the same one that attack him and his friends before, then he feels he has to deal with it now, even if it doesn't amount to anything. He can't stand having the thing still live and keeping their old ship to itself when his friends are dead, he says as he grabs your hand.

You tell Pubraseer that heroes can destroy the monster, so Pubraseer asks if you mean like how everyone else was doing so. In which case, he asks how that works and if he can be a hero too. If there's any way to take the monster down, he swears he'll do anything for it since he wants to do so himself. Your phone faintly glows in response, and when you check it gives a familiar window. Said window says a path is detected, but its strength is weak and its associated hero is unknown.

You express shock that there's a path available for Pubraseer, but Akashi speaks up and asks if you guys are going to fight on your own. If you are, he won't let you guys do that. Hitomi agrees, saying they're around to help too as she turns to Hydie. Hydoor sighs and asks her to stop with that nickname. But that aside, he is getting pissed at the shark monster acting like it's king of the sea. Akashi says fighting the shark monster would make for another trial run of his new hero suit and suggests to Hitomi that they go for it.

Pubraseer looks bothered at the party getting psyched to fight the shark, and he argues that they don't have a reason to put themselves at risk. You guys have already taken the ship back from the pirates, and if you guys are going to get hurt then it'd be better to just leave. The rest of the party is shocked that Pubraseer is clearly intending to go after the shark monster alone, then look a little sad.

You speak up to say that while you guys have known him for a short while, you understand how they want to help him. Akashi agrees, saying Pubraseer's been holding onto a lot of responsibility. And while he may have been amnesiac the whole way through, he's stuck together with the party in getting this far. Hydoor points out that he helped in the fight against the pirates even though he couldn't fight. Hitomi adds that she can't leave Pubraseer on his own now that she knows his deal. If she did do so, she'd never be able to sing and smile from the heart for her fans since she doesn't want to lie to them.

Pubraseer tries to argue more forcefully to say that this should be his fight to deal with, that this is a personal thing that he can't let people put themselves at risk for 'again.' Hydoor interrupts to ask why Pubraseer wants to be a hero. If his motive is revenge, then Hydoor advises him to give up on that. Pubraseer is offended and surprised at that, but Hydoor looks right at him to explain that heroes fight while carrying their dreams, which anger and vengeance won't be enough to sustain. He admits that he used to be a pirate villain himself like Suhail is, and that part of his past won't ever go away. Life's been stormier than the average person's life ever since he got sent to prison, but then shit happened that lead to him eventually being a hero. Hydoor chose to protect the seas, and that's the goal he'd stake his life for. But people who know how he used to be still look at him a certain way. That's still not as bad as what's going on now though, and Hydoor points out that Hitomi and Akashi have dreams they won't give up that they fight for.

Akashi brings up that he once lost sight of his dreams and lost his ability to transform with it. He wanted to be a pro baseballer at one point, but after messing up a hugely important game, his heart broke when his coach told him to give up. He couldn't fight anymore because he had given up his dream of being a pro baseball pitcher. Akashi tightens his fist at the memory, but then he says he found a new dream, which is to protect everyone's memories. He figured out to some extent then that he needed deep rooted determination, that a hero can't do what they do without a dream they'd never give up on. Plus, he hasn't given up on trying to be a pro baseball player. If he can't be a pitcher, he can try again and be an outfielder he says as he smiles.

Hitomi says she wishes for everyone to smile and be happy, and to be the sort of person who can make tons of people happy. She defines that as someone who can bring smiles just by being seen, which is her wish. It's still a long ways off before she can do that, but she says she won't give up since she believes that will help someone somewhere. Hitomi then brings up that revenge shouldn't be what's actually the biggest thing on his mind, then asks him about his dream. You say that if Pubraseer can figure out what his real wish and dream is, he might be able to become a hero too.

Pubraseer thinks on what everyone's said, but another impact hits the ship, faster than the one that came before it. Hydoor clicks his tongue about the monster getting more aggressive, then calls to Hitomi and Akashi. Akashi agrees that they should head out, then asks you to get the transformations rolling. Hitomi asks you to do it as well as she says she'll fight too, so you oblige and hit the button.

Once the team is suited up, Hydoor says he'll take on anything that picks a fight with him, man or monster or whatever. Also if a monster picks a fight his agency can't complain about it to him, tee hee. Hitomi declares that she'll protect the happiness of the people and says she'll go all out. Akashi says the three of them will be going, then asks you and Pubraseer to operate and cheer for them. Pubraseer however tries to say he'll come too and looks for something to use as a weapon, but Akashi shakes his head at this. Akashi says he can't totally know how Pubraseer feels, but he asks him to believe in them as they go out in his place. He might look unreliable to him for all he knows, but he isn't some rookie anymore either. He's been gaining experience as a hero, so he can't leave people in trouble alone.

Hydoor snorts that he doesn't care, but he figures Pubraseer wants to make a real memorial of some kind for his shipmates. Hydoor then complains about how he can't say stuff out of character for him all that good, so he prompts the team to get going. He and Akashi head out first through the same airlock or whatever Suhail escaped out of, and Hitomi sticks around a bit longer to laugh that Hydoor is really worried for Pubraseer to have said what he said. It's just too dangerous for a non-hero to fight against a monster, so they'll take care of it. She asks Pubraseer to leave it to them and moves to leave, so you wish her luck and say you'll start the battle stream. Hitomi nods to you on her way out, and Pubraseer watches her go in total confusion. He then starts muttering to himself wondering why he's powerless to do anything 'again' in times like these, and he asks what it is he can do now for his friends.

Hydoor stops just before opening the hatch and turns to look back at Hitomi and Akashi. He says he's about to open the door, and while he's fine deep underwater he asks if the other two can handle it. Hitomi says she's fine and says her Parallel Weapon belongs only to her, so she knows how it works. Akashi also says he's fine and nods that his must be an automatic type. Hydoor reminds him that this would mean Akashi would die if it stops working, though he approves of him being so brave and shrugs it off figuring Akashi would know himself best. Hydoor then pulls the escape lever Suhail used earlier, then leads the party out into the water.

Once outside, Hitomi expresses amazement about her speaker Parallel Weapon protecting her with a bubble. Akashi's in turn is coating him in a protective membrane, and he is impressed by Crowne and Hisaki's invention as he says he can move freely. Both suits are noted to switch to an underwater mode that deploys a shield that keeps water out for the wearers, and Hydoor gets annoyed as he tells the two to focus since the shark is rushing in. As he points at it, you link in to the party and ask if they can hear you, saying you can see them on the monitor and will start operating the team.

Akashi psyches up to fight back against the monster, creating an energy ball that he quickly flings at it. The attack draws the monster's aggro now, and Hydoor draws the shark's attention by creating currents in the water to zip around and act as a decoy. It attempts to attack him, but it misses and just flails at the bubble trail he leaves in his wake. Hitomi says she'll try to buy time and suggests Akashi charge up another energy ball, so Akashi agrees to the plan. Hitomi then turns her speakers towards the shark to fire off a loud sonic attack, which then disorients the thing and opens it up to Hydoor to swing at it.

Back inside the ship, you cheer the party on happy that things are going well. Pubraseer is quiet as he watches the screen, eventually asking why as he reveals he still can't understand why everyone is doing what they're doing. You keep your eyes on the battle as you ask to talk to Pubraseer, asking him if he's figured out his dream yet. He shakes his head, then asks you why the party puts themselves at risk. He's really only known you guys for a few hours, and the option to run from this fight was always available. But here everyone is putting their lives at stake for Pubraseer's sake.

You gently tell Pubraseer that the amount of time you guys spent together isn't important, and that you feel the same as everyone else. Pubraseer tries arguing that it'd be fine if he were the only one getting hurt here. You guys don't know his crew members and old friends, so he asks how you guys can risk such dangers for people you've never met. You respond to his serious expression by asking how he'd feel if someone important to him tried to suggest fighting against a monster by themselves, so Pubraseer says he'd try to stop them. He argues that it's different here, but you cut him off by saying Pubraseer is plenty important to you guys.

Pubraseer is knocked speechless at the statement, eventually speaking again to reciprocate and say you guys are important to him too. But that is exactly why he doesn't want you guys to get hurt. He doesn't want to lose the people he cares about 'ever again.' He looks down sadly as he thinks about his old friends again, and you tell him the rest of you are the same. Nobody wants to lose another person.

Pubraseer looks to the screen again showing everyone battling against the shark monster, and you say the desire to not lose anyone is why everyone is fighting together as you invite Pubraseer to join you guys. You take his hand, and you feel the warmth that shows that he's alive. Pubraseer agrees after a moment and thanks you, saying he was about to make his friends make the same choice as what happened in the past again. He talks about how everyone feels the same, and he's sure his old crew felt likewise.

Pubraseer is about to say more when Hitomi suddenly screams, and when you turn to look and check in on her in alarm, Hitomi tells you her attacks have stopped working. When she tries to dizzy it again with her sonic blasts, the shark counters by rushing forward into the attack and blocking it. Akashi says the shark looks like it's gained sonic resistance, which is a problem since it'll start interrupting his charge attempts. The shark rushes at him, and you call out to Akashi. Akashi manages to dodge at the last second, and the monster crashes into a rock wall behind him.

Hydoor swears over the fact that the shark monster crashing into a giant rock and destroying it has kicked up a dust cloud that makes it hard to see and move. He does his best to avoid the falling rocks that crumble from the first rock, but he's taken by surprise when Hitomi calls out to him about the monster charging at him from behind. You yell out to Hydoor from back on the ship, and Pubraseer yells for him to get him away. The threat of everyone dying causes him to scream for the shark to stop, which causes your phone to react by shining brightly as it brings up the new path window message for Pubraseer's hero transformation.

You react in shock to the window popping up but remind yourself you don't have time to think on it, so you go ahead and click on the OK button. Light streams out and covers Pubraseer, putting him into a space suit that looks like a diver's suit and accompanied by five crystal units that resembles his necklace. Pubraseer is shocked by his transformation and asks if this is his hero mode, so the crystals float to him like his old crew is both encouraging him and telling him to get a grip. He collects himself enough to show some understanding of what his dream is before turning to look at the monitor. Pubraseer calls out to Hydoor asking if he's okay, but all the screen shows is dust. Pubraseer says he's going to use the power you gave him right now and decides to take you along with him outside.

Pubraseer sweeps you off your feet and heads to the emergency escape hatch, and you protest that you can run by yourself. He apologizes but asks you to hear him out since now is the only time available to talk at all. As he runs through the hallways, he breathes hard with all his attention focused on hauling ass. He tells you that he doesn't want to forget anything anymore and wants to remember his friends forever. He also wants to move forward again with all his friends in his memory and live his life to the fullest. That is what his wish and dream is.

Once Pubraseer gets to the escape hatch, he jumps in carrying you along with no hesitation. You freak out about the water coming, but Pubraseer just smiles. His crystals project a spherical shield, and Pubraseer assures you that he'll protect you as he tells you not to stray away from him. Akashi is shocked when she sees the two of you outside with them while Hitomi is happy to see that Pubraseer's managed to become a hero. Pubraseer tells them to not focus on that for now and asks about Hydoor. Hitomi points at where Hydoor was last seen and says they don't know because of all the dust kicked up. It's heavy enough that it's not possible to see the monster either despite how big it is.

You worry about Hydoor before you notice some sort of movement like the water is being cut through. Hydoor then pops out swinging with his ultimate pseudo-surfing, yelling that he's totally the undisputed king of sea battles. Hitomi cheers in relief that he's okay, followed by Akashi saying he was worried about him. Hydoor blushes as he yells some more about not needing the rest of the party to cause him any worries, and when he takes notice of Pubraseer being out here in hero form he smirks. He's glad he's gotten through his worries, though he claims he was always sure Pubraseer would turn hero. Pubraseer says Hydoor's lecturing worked on him, and yelling his name earlier made him feel better. He's glad to see him okay, saying he can now focus on taking the shark down without worry.

As Pubraseer psyches up, the dust settles to reveal the shark again. You call out to the party to get ready since the shark looks like it'll charge again, so it's time to end things. Akashi says they'll be careful this time and be sure to protect the resort and Pubraseer's feelings. Akashi also warns you to not leave Pubraseer's side. Hitomi says the monster seems to understand the party's attacks now, so people had best not let their guard down. She prompts you to direct the party. Hydoor cusses the shark for being stubborn and swearing to destroy it this time. Pubraseer says he's he'll be taking part even though he's unused to fighting like this, holding you closer while holding his giant flag in his other hand. His crystals shine as if supporting him on. He calls out the name of his old crew and thanks them, saying he won't forget them again. He asks that they lend him their strength so that he can help his new friends, then leads the charge as he starts the episode battle.

Live A Hero Summer Dive Amusement Episode 6 (Semi-Abridged)

The party is about to set the ship to return to the surface when they notice a big shadow outside.
Hitomi: is that the OOParts the pirates were talking about?
Hydoor: it's too dark to see but Something is out there. Where are the headlights?
MC: uhh...night vision camera maybe?
The pirates have left a hastily scrawled set of instructions for you
Note (written by Purple): there was no manual so I'll just write down the important stuff. I-it's not like I wrote this for you guys or anything! PS: hey girlie I challenge you to a dance duel again next time
Akashi: I hate that I can tell who wrote this
Hitomi: t-that breakdancer? thank you!
MC: (activates external cameras)

Akashi: whoa there's a huge beat up looking building or something outside
Party: !?
Pubraseer: (knocks over nearby equipment and falls into a seat) I...I know what this is...but...oh, my head...!
Hitomi: P-Pubraseer--ahh, something's out there!
The ship shakes from an impact
Akashi: this isn't natural! MC, can you check!?
MC: one sec...!

A large shark-like shadow is attacking the ship
MC: is that a shark? Wait...no...?
The shark thing has glowing eyes, has a familiar mouth shape, and gives off familiar vibes
MC: It's a Monster!
Akashi: what!? down here!? wait never mind, we gotta go!
Hydoor: it's attacking the ship's shields. Get us outta here! The shields can't have been Monster proofed, it won't hold out!
MC: where are those emergency evasion instructions!?

Purple's Ship Controls for Dummies By Dummies: you can move the ship by jacking your phone in and entering commands that way. If you gotta go fast, turn on the Boost Controller! Also the external shield has been powered up. As if a Monster would attack you guys down here!
MC: FOUND IT (starts entering new coordinates into a panel through the phone)
(Ship rumbles)
Hitomi: oh no! What should we do?!
MC: okay, new location set! Head for the bridge!
Party stumbles out and deals with the ship shaking
Pubraseer: ...I know what that is. I...have to remember... (stares at building outside and at the shark Monster as the dust it kicks up shines like stars in the ship's lights)
Akashi: Pubraseer, we gotta go to the bridge! ...Pubraseer?
Pubraseer: (partly reminded of the stars he used to see in space with his old friends) m-my head!

Pubraseer: SPACE (passes out)
Akashi: wait what!? Hydoor, MC, Pubraseer fainted! (picks him up)
Hydoor: what!? (checks) he's still breathing. okay whatever, we gotta carry him
Akashi: right! Pubraseer what happened?
Hitomi: I'll take point! MC, navigate please!
MC: I have the ship's map so I can do that! Pubraseer, hang in there!
Pubraseer: ...

In the hallway
Monsters: SCREEEE
Hitomi: oh no there's so many of them!
Hydoor: ugh we don't have time for this shit! MC, transform us!
MC: oh dammit (click)
Akashi: MC, take care of Pubraseer. And are these monsters trying to stall us? Damn them!
Hydoor: GET BENT
Hitomi: Get ready guys! I'll protect Pubraseer and this ship!
BATTLE START (more happens afterwards)

One day, back on Muirauqa IV, there was an astronaut who conducted research alongside his subordinates. He talks about it being the last day they're going to be there on the planet, so he asks that everyone wrap up their work soon. He also asks Tinbanos if he knows where Ellipe and Kahoni are, so Tinbanos answers Captain Pubraseer by telling him they haven't returned to the ship yet. Darumaki jokes that the two of them are just 'deepening their relationship' somewhere, only for Hyrosh to laconically note they've returned.

Ellipe walks in complaining about how hardheaded Kahoni is and suggests he could stand to loosen up, but Kahoni fires back that Ellipe is always slacking off and demands he show more respect to his senpai. Pubraseer sighs and asks why they're fighting this time. Kahoni is noted to be the team astronomer while Ellipe is the geology and physical geography specialist, and the two sometimes fight. It happens a lot, probably because they know their own areas well enough that they won't budge on certain things. And when it happens, it's Pubraseer's job to mediate.

Pubraseer reminds Ellipe and Kahoni it's the last day of their research stay and asks if their argument is more important than their research work. Ellipe sheepishly apologizes, and Kahoni apologizes for taking part of the argument. Pubraseer tells them it's a good thing they're so into their work, but he warns them not to get too into their stuff. They're there to study unknown tech, which is why they came down to Muirauqa IV.

Darumaki walks up happily now that things have calmed down and agrees with Pubraseer, then suggests they all hit up a hot spring when they go home. Ellipe laughs after a moment to joke how Darumaki just wants to go visit a hot spring. Darumaki is the team's spacecraft mechanic, but he's so good at communicating that he's the one who talks with natives to gather information. He's a reassuring presence since he helps defuse tensions. Hyrosh speaks up to say he's finished with the lab and will be going on ahead. Tinbanos shyly says he'll go too and asks to go with Hyrosh. Tinbanos may seem shy and timid, but he's a lot more confident if he talks about analytical chemistry. Hyrosh is noted to be a language expert, and while he is laconic he's the team's rising star rookie.

Everyone is a reliable team member in Pubraseer's eyes, and it's because he's with them that he's been able to come so far from his home planet. Maybe he can go even further and do even more research with them. He can't really put it well into words, but they're his friends and pride. But back to the flashback, Pubraseer notes that everyone is accounted for and asks if everyone has all their stuff. It'll be years before they might come back. Darumaki sighs about having to pass on going to a hot spring on the planet, then says the place is great. Tinbanos says he's fine, though he personally wished he could have gotten some soil samples. Hyrosh just says he's fine.

Pubraseer prompts his team to show some thanks to the planet for giving them so many results for their research, and he thinks about the people waiting for them to come back. Darumaki then starts talking about how cool their facilities are, having never expected their spaceship's warehouse to be put undersea. It makes sense though since there'd be a lot of space and wouldn't crowd their launch site. Ellipe asks if seeing stuff like this interests him as a mechanic, so Darumaki asserts that it does, comparing it to everyone else finding new unknown words or materials. Ellipe excitedly says he understands, and Hyrosh agrees.

Ellipe changes the subject to ask Hyrosh about the necklace he's wearing, wondering if it's a present from someone. Hyrosh answers that it's a recorder for his linguistics studies. Ellipe finds it interesting and asks to borrow it, wondering if his research data is still in it. Hyrosh says he's already taken that out, so now the thing is empty. Ellipe smirks as an idea comes to him, which he whispers to Hyrosh. He suggests that the crew secretly put in a message in it and give it to Pubraseer when they return, hoping to overwhelm him with emotion. Hyrosh actually agrees with the idea, so Ellipe decides to start off by thanking Pubraseer for all he's done for them. He thinks he's cool and admits he's always admired him. Darumaki notices Ellipe playing around and asks to join in, and Pubraseer prompts everyone to get seated to leave the ocean storage house.

Pubraseer talks about remembering this point in time clearly now, how their ship was leaving the storage unit to go to their launch site to leave the planet. They were still underwater, at which point an impact rocks the ship and alarming Pubraseer. The ship's PA system announces that three sections of the ship's hull took critical damage, so the crew must block off those sections as soon as possible and prioritize their safety. Pubraseer is shocked at this and asks why that happened. Ellipe says he doesn't know but tries to say the shaking wasn't normal when another impact strikes. Pubraseer lends Ellipe a hand to get back up and orders him to inform the rest of the crew to meet in the control area and to help anyone hurt.

Given Pubraseer's ship's position, there was nowhere to run, so the first order of business was to figure out what was actually happening. When the crew reaches the monitor room, Pubraseer orders Darumaki to turn on the camera to find out what's outside. Darumaki says he is, though he curses the fact that about half the ship has been torn to pieces by this point. Kahoni volunteers to shutter off the damaged areas and asks Tinbanos and Hyrosh to help him. They quickly agree, and the three run off to keep the ship from getting flooded.

Pubraseer asks Ellipe if he's fine, noting that when he feel earlier he seemed to hurt his leg. Ellipe is definitely injured, but he claims to be okay and still able to move, and he suggests locking the ship down is more important. Pubraseer relents but still offers to shoulder him around and asks him to tell him what he knows once he figures the situation out. Darumaki answers affirmatively and asks Pubraseer to take care of other things.

When Pubraseer gets into the hallways, he notes that the impacts have stopped, though he can't let his guard down yet. Ellipe plays it casual and says it'll be fine, they've jumped over every other hurdle that came their way so far. Pubraseer is about to contradict the point before rethinking it and agreeing, saying he needs to hold it together in times like this. Ellipe encourages him, saying their work is only just beginning, then reporting that he's done sealing off the area he was working.

Ellipe is about to say something else to Pubraseer when part of the area everyone present is in gets torn to shreds by fangs, and Pubraseer gets caught in the danger zone. Ellipe yells out to him in concern, asking if he's okay but then telling him to not move when he sees the damage. Pubraseer's arm is damaged, and despite the pain he focuses enough to say the sealing isn't done yet before falling over. Tinbanos panics at this as he comes to investigate with Kahoni, so Kahoni directs him to grab a medkit. Ellipe tells Kahoni to carry Pubraseer further into the ship, but Kahoni worries for Ellipe himself and tells him to come too.

Ellipe says after a moment that he'll lock the area down and urges Kahoni to hurry. Pubraseer tries to protest this, and Ellipe stops for a moment to turn to look at him with a kind light in his eyes. He plays brave and jokes that he'd never die here, then says he'll be with them soon after locking the section down against the hull breach. Pubraseer still attempts to countermand him and order him to come, so Ellipe tells him he was glad to travel with him before turning to Kahoni and telling him to take care of Pubraseer. Kahoni can't bring himself to say anything, so he closes his eyes and nods before carrying Pubraseer away. Ellipe laughs to himself in self-deprecation, wondering if he was too corny there. He finishes the lockdown, then wonders if Kahoni thought he really did look cool in his last moments.

Scene then shifts to Pubraseer's end, where he attempts to get Kahoni to stop and go back for Ellipe while suffering through the pain done to him. Kahoni however argues against it, saying for all his disagreements with him, he's a great crew member that gets things done when the chips are down and telling Pubraseer to believe in him. Tinbanos comes up at this point with a medkit, but by the time he passes it over the PA system announces that the signal to the B2 section of the ship is now lost and says all crew members should evacuate.

Pubraseer gets alarmed at the system message since Section B2 is where Ellipe was. However, Tinbanos and Kahoni look surprised as they give Pubraseer some first aid, asking who Ellipe is supposed to be. Pubraseer is shocked at the question, and Kahoni tries to get him to calm down and say he needs to be tended to quickly since the area is in danger. Far as they know, it was *Pubraseer* who locked the section down as opposed to anyone else. And now that Pubraseer's bleeding has been staunched, Kahoni says it's time to go. Pubraseer still attempts to protest, yelling Ellipe's name in despair as Kahoni and Tinbanos drag him away.

Once the rest of the crew assembles in the control area, Darumaki is looking sternly at the monitors while tapping away at the keyboard. He tells Pubraseer he's finally gotten a visual as to what's happening, and it turns out that the ship is being attacked by some sort of fiend. He points to a monitor showing a giant shark thing body slamming the ship and tearing chunks off with its teeth. Pubraseer is surprised and questions if it's even an animal, but he doubles over in pain.

Hyrosh asks if he's okay since he's lost a lot of blood. Pubraseer claims it's not too bad, but Darumaki tells him not to push himself. It sure is fortunate that Pubraseer is the only one who took damage and that "nobody died." Pubraseer is breathing hard, upset that no one remembers Ellipe as he says Ellipe was the reason he managed to get away. Everyone else however look like Pubraseer is talking about some stranger they've never heard of before. Darumaki tries to suggest it's blood loss induced confusion, saying Pubraseer should lie down and feel a bit better.

Pubraseer is saddened as he tries to ask why everyone forgot Ellipe. He's confused and terrified about the fact that only he still remembers him, but his mind is clear enough to think about how he can't throw his life away now that Ellipe saved him. Pubraseer starts addressing the crew about the danger they're in, and he thinks about how to escape the ship even with his consciousness hanging by a thread. Since they can't stop the beast's attacks and are at the bottom of the sea, their options are limited. There's still something they could do though.

The crew starts thinking on this, though a heavy impact interrupts them. Kahoni floats the idea of sending camouflaged crew members to repair the ship to a movable condition, but dismisses it as too risky. Darumaki adds that they wouldn't be able to last outside for long, The ship would sink before enough repairs could be done. Tinbanos brings up the emergency escape pods, but Kahoni says they were in Section B2, which got destroyed. Hyrosh suggests putting out a distress signal to call for help, but Darumaki says their system for it is different. There probably isn't any ship around capable of receiving the distress signal either.

Pubraseer brings up that there's a cold sleep pod in this part of the ship they could use, but he can't bring himself to say anymore about it as he thinks on it. It was put on board for long range travel, allowing temporary secure shelter for whoever is put in based on its set security level. It's capable of preserving whoever is in it for hundreds of years even if it doesn't have a power supply from the ship anymore. Unfortunately, there is only the one since the rest is in the storage area beyond the destroyed part of Section B2.

Pubraseer attempts to figure out a way to save everyone left as per his responsibility as ship captain, finding himself powerless. He questions what he can even do for his friends, and Darumaki speaks up to say the cold sleep machine is a good idea since at least someone can be saved. Pubraseer is close to blacking out, but Darumaki's words wakes him up enough to think he needs to make sure someone gets out alive. He tries to ask Darumaki to get it working, though his blood loss starts catching up to him at this point. He is unable to move, and the rest of the crew looks at each other as they come to an agreement.

Hyrosh is the first to speak, noting that everyone seems to be on the same page. Darumaki is impressed that he could understand everyone without needing to speak. Tinbanos says he feels the same way and wants to save him. Kahoni sighs good-naturedly about how things are tough on the crew members when the captain needs looking after. The four of them gently pick Pubraseer up, who is still conscious enough to realize what they're doing and attempts to object.

Darumaki tells Pubraseer to not get too worked up, or else he tear his cuts open again. Pubraseer tightens his grasp on Darumaki's arm with the last of his strength, and his hand is noted to still be warm. Pubraseer tries to argue against being the one saved since he's the one without an actual research specialty and not the one who deserves to survive the most. Darumaki is silent for a second before thanking him and calling him kind, saying they were all happy to spend all that time with him. Darumaki even gets Pubraseer a gentle headbutt, and that is the last thing he's awake for before passing out.

Kahoni wonders what Pubraseer was talking about earlier, so Tinbanos says he's always a serious person who never cracks jokes. Hyrosh says there isn't enough info to tell. Darumaki says Pubraseer is always thinking about other people, though that is what's great about him. Kahoni notes that Pubraseer was the one keeping the team together despite them all doing their own things normally, and the four gently pull Pubraseer up and lay him inside the cold sleep machine.

Tinbanos speaks up that Pubraseer might be sad to be left alone, and Kahoni says he'd probably be mad they all ignored his commands here. He suggests giving him some sort of apology he'd find when he wakes up, so Darumaki laughs and says even Pubraseer would cry if he found something like that. Kahoni says he's their captain after all, and if Pubraseer didn't get depressed over them he'd never be able to pass on to the next life. Tinbanos notes that they don't have any way of preserving paper or data, so he's not sure how they'd do that.

Hyrosh remembers his recorder necklace and unhooks it from himself, telling the crew about it and explaining it can only hold audio data. Darumaki laughs after a moment and says it's good enough, feeling sure that Pubraseer would never forget their voices. Tinbanos agrees after a moment, saying he wants Pubraseer to remember him too. Hyrosh nods and says words can last forever. Kahoni says they should hurry then, then asks to borrow the necklace to go first.

The ship rattles again audibly groaning from the stress, but no one moves. Everyone starts recording their message, not in a common language, but in their native tongues. Kahoni apologizes for all the trouble he's caused, but he's glad to have met Pubraseer. It's sad he couldn't say all this to him face to face, but he expresses his gratitude to him. He also apologizes for how they put him to sleep and left him on his own, and he asks if Pubraseer will miss them. Tinbanos goes next saying he wanted to research more with Pubraseer, then thanks him for looking after him during the whole trip. Darumaki goes third, saying they'll have to move on first, but Pubraseer can take his time to join them. He says he'll take care of everyone, then warns Pubraseer against following them out of loneliness. Hyrosh goes last, admitting that for someone who studied languages he can't think of much to say. He still has 'thank you' and 'I love you' though.

The group then makes a shared message about how they're all proud of Pubraseer. The rest of the message gets delayed as narration notes that the hull damage seems to have reached critical levels by this point. The ringing alert sirens has stopped, and water is starting to seep into the control room. Hyrosh declares the recording complete and puts the necklace into the sleep capsule, wrapping it around Pubraseer's neck. Darumaki prompts the crew to pay their last respects to him and thanks Pubraseer one last time. And while they have put him into the machine, it's impossible to deny the possibility that Pubraseer's survival prospects are grim. Could it slip past the shark creature and safely reach the ocean's surface? Could he survive the hibernation with his injuries?

Everyone is aware of how risky this decision is, and Kahoni says that this isn't too bad. He brings up that he always fought with...someone he can't remember now, but he's sure they're also praying for Pubraseer. Hoping for the best is all they can do now, so they put their hearts into it. The capsule is activated, protecting Pubraseer with a shield as the inside darkens due to the sudden temperature drop. They wish for their carefree captain, who's kinder and stronger than anyone, to make it out alive. And if possible, they hope that he'll always remember them.

The shark monster continues ravaging the ship. Windows break, and cold sea water floods the interior. No one says a thing, but they salute as one before picking the capsule up. They force the broken door to open and head to where the water is coming in so that they can send Pubraseer away. Objects fall, machinery whines, and the lights fall dark, yet still no one speaks. All they do is mourn their parting with Pubraseer and continue to hope. "Captain Pubraseer. You are the pride of all us crew members. So...please..."

Live A Hero Summer Dive Amusement Episode 5 (Abridged)

Hydoor: Stick 'em up bitch! (swings anchor rope whip)
Red: ugh you guys are being so UPPITY. Fine! Take my special attack!
Pubraseer: ooh! ooh! is it a magic trick?
Hitomi: oh no you guys, he's radiating power!
Akashi: careful, MC!
Red: Behold, the Bautista Pirates' secret move!
Red: Saotome Secret Technique: Fast Break RUN AWAAAAY
Mobs: AAAAAHHHH

Akashi:
Akashi: ...well I guess they did run fast
Hydoor: GET BACK HERE Y--damn I can't even see them anymore. Whatever it's not my job to beat the fear of Poseidon into them I guess. Look MC, they dropped this. (throws comm jammer)
MC: great job guys, now we can stream again! hero mode, off.
The jammer is turned off
Hitomi: we can call again! hey wait, Pubraseer are you okay!?
Pubraseer: (holds head and crouches) ow my head hurts
Hydoor: damn you look like hell
Akashi: I'll get you some water
Pubraseer: no it's okay, it's no biggie. Felt weird looking at the pirates for some reason. Good guys having fun that I liked to watch. Every time they talked about their boss I...oh my head hurts again

Pubraseer grabs his necklace, causing it to glow and play someone's voice
Necklace: (unintelligible)
Hitomi: does anyone else hear voices coming from the necklace?
Hydoor: is it a communicator? And what's it saying? That's not Space Japanglish
Pubraseer: (still looking ill) oh I've always had this since I was found at sea
Akashi: oh...maybe it'll help you recover your memories
Pubraseer: listening to the voice makes me feel weird...I dunno what it's saying...oww it just makes me feel worse
Pubraseer: (pushes self up using his deck brush) thanks, I'm a little better now. We gotta go right?
Akashi: r-right...but I can't leave you like that looking so bad
Pubraseer: lmao I'm cool. Staff entrance is this way.
Akashi: ...thanks Pubraseer. Let's go, MC!
MC: Right! Let's get the ship back so he can rest!
Pubraseer walks unsteadily and leads the party to a door partly hidden behind bushes

The underground staff tunnels are large and plain, like other spaceship halls scaled up
Pubraseer: this is the staff area. I dunno where the control room and generators are since I never visited them before.
Hydoor: damn this part looks like any other spaceship. But I guess that's to be expected.
Pubraseer: we should be fine if we just keep go--ouch
Hitomi: m-maybe you really should lie down
Pubraseer: I'm gonna throw up
Hydoor: (immediately supports Pubraseer by the shoulder) Akashi you get his other side
Akashi: o-okay! Hang in there Pubraseer
Hydoor: where's the restroom? We'll take you there.
Hitomi: I-I'll help too!
Hydoor: We'll be fine. Go find the control room, we don't have time.
MC: ...okay / take care of him Akashi / just hold out a little more Pubraseer!
(A) Hydoor: countin' on you. Show me some guts
(B) Akashi: I got this. I can't leave someone this ill alone.
(C) Pubraseer: ...y-yeah. my bad for slowing you guys down. Thanks MC.

Hydoor: we'll meet back up after Pubraseer gets some rest. Call us if you find the control room.
Hitomi: ...okay. Look after Pubraseer.
The boys leave
Hitomi: ...do you think he's okay? ...we have to do what we can!
MC: right, let's go

Title card: Dive in the Deep

Huckle: (on the phone) I see. Thanks for the report. The ribbon ceremony has been put off when we noticed something wrong. Sucks we have so many heroes here but can't do anything. Not many can go to the deep sea that quick.
MC: we're heading for Suhail. We'll definitely take the ship back, don't worry about us!
Huckle: sorry you got put in danger. We'll back you up however we can. You're up against tough pirates though, so don't push yourself if it's too dangerous. I'll tell everyone else over here, hold out for a bit longer.
Hitomi: I'm glad we could make contact off ship, MC. Now we have to stop the pirates! Let's do our best!

You and Hitomi continue searching. The sea outside the window is dark. Hitomi seems to be thinking about something.
Hitomi: ...hey MC, I'm sorry for when I screamed when you touched me earlier.
MC: oh right, after the pirates first came at us. Sorry for surprising you.
Hitomi: ...not that. I mean I was surprised, but I wasn't against being touched or stuff. um, I can't tell other people yet, but I'm not an Earthling.
MC: really? but you look just like one...
Hitomi: dad's an Earthling, mom's an alien. I moved to Earth when I was young. I was on mom's home planet before, which has a higher gravity than Earth. The people who live there are stronger than Earthlings can imagine.
Hitomi: ...my strength can surprise you, even as a halfling.

MC: (remembers Hitomi clubbing pirates with her mic stand, the breakdancer getting sent flying into the sky)
MC: (pretty and strong...she definitely is strong yeah)
Hitomi: hey MC, which is hard? Pudding or candy?
MC: uh, that was sudden. But, candy?
Hitomi: yeah you can tell by touching it, right? but I can't. My sense of touch is weaker than an Earthling's.
Hitomi: (pulls out a piece of candy) if I'm not careful I'll crush it without being able to tell how hard it is. It's worse after coming out of hero mode, so I'm afraid of touching people then. So back then, I thought I might have hurt you. That's why I screamed. Sorry for surprising you.

MC: oh so that's what it was. you were worried for me.
Hitomi: ...yes. That's why I have to turn down handshakes with my fans. It's fine with tough people like my mom, but I know not everyone else is like that. Sometimes I get anxious, even if it's my own strength since I can't control it well. I'm supposed to protect people, but I worry I'll hurt people myself. And...no one would think a super strong idol would be cute, right?
MC: ...Hitomi can you come here for a second? / it'll be okay!
MC: (grabs Hitomi's hand)
Hitomi: !?

MC: you've always been worried for me. If you're worried about not being able to touch others, then it'll be fine if I touch you, right?
Hitomi: ...oh
Hitomi: ...heehee, you can't do that MC! Idols belong to everyone. If you keep me for yourself I won't be able to go face to face with everyone anymore.
Hitomi gently pulls away, but she looks more cheerful now
Hitomi: but thanks I feel better now. I'll give you that candy as both a thank you and an apology. They told me it's a top recommended souvenir from this resort.
MC: I'm glad you're feeling better! / Thanks, I'll take it.
Hitomi: ...hey MC? I think I'll try telling everyone else how I feel. I've always thought about it on my own, so I haven't been able to put it together well enough, but thanks to you I'm feeling a little more brave. I want to tell them it's not that I hate being touched, that I don't want to mislead them. I need to say it in words. (smiles) To do that, we have to reclaim the ship! We should find it soon since we've been searching for awh--look at that door!

MC: this must be it. I gotta call Akashi and the others! (Ring ring) we found the door to the control room!
Akashi: got it! we'll head over. tell us more when we get there!
Some time later, the rest of the party returns
Akashi: you already called Huckle and the others? Thanks MC!
Hydoor: all we have to do is kick the pirates' asses right? piece of cake.
Hitomi: Pubraseer are you sure you're okay? You could go lie down in one of the rooms.
Pubraseer: it's cool! Sorry to worry you!
Hydoor: it's better he be with us rather than get caught on his own by the pirates.
MC: I guess... / you sure you're okay? / you're so nice Hydoor
(C) Hydoor: whuh, n-n-nuh-uh! I just said it'll be a pain if they find him!
Akashi: hey wait are you embarrassed?
Hydoor: a-are you makin' fun of me too!? I'll break your nose!

Pubraseer: okay I'm gonna hide near MC! I'm good at hide and seek!
Akashi: I guess that's okay...MC, look after him.
Hydoor: okay transform us already so we can kick the pirates outta here!
Hitomi: yes the ship has dived pretty deep already. let's hurry, MC!
MC: Okay, group transformation!
Phone: Compatible path with directed vision reference found. Connect?
MC: oh
Hitomi: (GASP) OMG has my time finally come!? What's it going to look like!? Give me a second. (deep breath) OKAY I'M READY
MC: UHHH / wow she's excited!

Hitomi: ...O
Hitomi: ...M
Hitomi: ...G!!!
Hitomi: This is so cute! MC, what do you think!? I am now Dokidoki☆Red Mermaid! (spins)
MC: it looks awesome!
Pubraseer: wow!
Akashi: it's way different from my new suit. looks great Hitomi!
Hitomi: tee hee thanks guys. Hmm...Hisaki, Crowne, Maculata, and you MC...I have to thank all of you! Full steam ahead! Also I'm buying presents for all of you!
Hydoor: is this what Akashi was talking about? the suit's still too loud. Whatever. ready to go Hitomi?
Hitomi: yep! MC, make sure to get a good shot of me for the camera! I'll win for sure if my fans cheer me on!
MC: okay, let's go!
Akashi: on three...1! 2! 3!
The party charges the door

The Bautista Pirates open party crackers for the party
Suhail: CONGRATULATIONS on getting this far! And you boys did great showing me a good time!
Red: I made the boss happy! I can die happy!
Purple: heh, the boss will beat you guys here. it's perfect
Blue: MY MERRY-GO-ROUND DATE WITH THE CAPTAIN
Red: Captain, we're almost to the bottom! Time for the climax!
Pubraseer: ooh, a party! Oh, but I'll hide and watch.
Hitomi: We're taking the ship back!
Akashi: Yeah! We're gonna win for the people waiting for us to come back!
Hydoor: I HATE YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR DRAGGING ME THROUGH THIS SHIT
MC: your evil plan stops here! give us back the ship!
Suhail: good to see everyone fired up! Time to get that hot summer special mission rolling! (transforms)
MC: get ready everyone! it's showtime!
Suhail: make my day, guys!
Akashi: let's get out of the gates swinging!
Hitomi: I'll show you the full power of my new suit!
BATTLE START (more happens afterwards)

Hitomi: keep going you guys! Special Move! (speakers send support waves to Akashi and Hydoor)
Akashi: thanks Hitomi! here I go, Special Moob! I mean Special Move! (throws a ball fast like a laser beam)
Suhail: OW! Crew, get out of the way!
Hydoor: Nope! Great Swim "Okeanós tou Drákos"! (strings mobs together and kicks them up)
Suhail: Ugh! Those of you who can move, grab the ones who got hit!
Suhail: ...heh, not bad guys! That was fun! The ship is yours!
MC: we have you now! Stay there and surrender!

Suhail: you think you have us? Hah! Bautista Pirates Special Move--
Akashi: we saw that earlier! They're gonna run, MC!
Suhail: lol yep bye (pulls emergency lever, runs to an escape ship already set up by the mobs)
Hydoor: BITCH GET BACK HERE
Suhail: pfffft what kinda pirate would do that? let's go boys!
Pirate: but we can't! that's why we stole this ship in the first place!
Suhail: don't give me that, we're pirates! We've got spirit and GUTS!
Purple: boss you're so cool
Red: noooo! we're gonna die before we get to party!
Blue: m-my...merry-go-round date...with the boss...

The ship zooms away as the party tries to catch them
Hydoor: I can't BELIEVE they pissed me off so much and then pissed off like that!
Akashi: why did they seem to be enjoying that? we can't let them get away!
MC: I wonder if their ship will stay intact until they surface? Can't catch up now though, but at least we got the ship back!
Pubraseer: bye pirates! let's play again sometime! (waves)
The party quits out of hero mode
Akashi: man we never manage to catch them in the end. Oh MC, maybe you should call Gammei.
MC: oh right, I'll do that

Gammei: Y'ello Gammei speaking. Oh, MC. I've heard what's happened from your agency director. You got in trouble 'again,' huh? You okay? What happened?
MC: thanks Huckle, this talk is going smoothly! / thanks for everything... / So Suhail has...
You explain that Suhail hijacked the resort ship and is now trying to escape.
Barrel: oh boy it's lunchtime! I wonder what the cafeteria has? Oh hi MC long time no--ack, Gammei, you'll break the phone if you grab it so hard!
Gammei: I KNEW it was a mistake to let him have a head start to run! well that's my fault. It's my job to catch him!
Gammei's phone cracks, distorting the video call
Barrel: please calm down Gammei! You just dented the desk by kicking it! They'll charge you the repair fees!

Gammei: hmm, Suhail's hanging around outside my jurisdiction...but I still have tons of crimes to charge him on Earth! Hmmmm...no one's gonna complain if I JUST HAPPEN to catch them on vacation and COINCIDENTALLY bring them to Earth.
Barrel: ...uhh, good luck with that I'm going to lunch!
Gammei: hey MC where are you? Muirauqa IV? I'll send your coordinates to a space taxi.
MC: o-okay / thanks!
Gammei: I'll get him this time. You're coming with me Barrel!
Barrel: but my lun--(click)

MC: ...I should buy Barrel a present / let's leave it to Gammei / case closed?
Hydoor: ...was that really a detective? I've done some shit in the past, but that dude's insane
Akashi: ...well Gammei looks scary, but he's a huge help
MC: you'll be fine if you don't do crimes! now let's bring the ship back up
The ship stops upon being given a new course of action
Hitomi: ...looks like we just made in time before we hit the bottom.
Pubraseer: oh wow, did we reach the bottom of the sea?
Hydoor: this is still a pain in the ass. I don't know how to drive a spaceship.
Hitomi: m-me neither...hey wait what's that?
Hitomi points out to Something in the darkness outside the ship
End of Episode
