We pick up from where we left off before, with people sounding amazed as they look at the pretty pastoral scenery for Little Tir na Nog. Ryouta is impressed and says he's never seen a pretty countryside view like this before. Moritaka points out how clear the air is and says it reminds him of the village he used to live in when he was younger. Tanetomo is impressed at how complete the recreation of a world not Tokyo is, and you express your own amazement at the view.
Kengo points out how clear the rivers are and how visible the fish are, then considers aloud about trying to catch them with his bare hands. Yasuyori says he also wants to try that since he heard his classmates at school talked about how bears do that. Kurogane mentions that Amatsumara (presumably unless there's someone else he refers to as grandpa) was also involved with the construction of this place. While it does use tech and engineering from other worlds it's still impressive how much was recreated. Shirou says that when an imitation is mastered, it's no different from the real thing. He also calls it a peak in the development of technology too. Tezcatlipoca laughs saying it definitely is the handiwork of artisans gathered from every world. If they couldn't pull this off he'd never have asked them to make his body.
Melusine looks upset as she stands there quietly, and Licht tells her to stay on the elevator and assures her that his presence will prevent problems from occurring. She's surprised by this at first, but smiles as she acknowledges the order. She bows deeply to everyone as she watches you all head further in.
Not far from the elevator, the party reaches an inn town in Little Tir na Nog. You all head to a certain private home that provides room for travelers, and Kurogane leads you all to the door of a certain room. Kurogane then calls out that he's brought you all here, pointing out that it's the appointed time and asking permission to come in. He knocks on the door a few times, and it opens with a click a few seconds later. This is simultaneously accompanied by a loud explosion and smoke blowing out from the room.
Shirou freaks out about the smoke and explosion and asks if there's been an accident. Kurogane attempts to get everyone to calm down as he explains that explosions are a rite of passage when it comes to research. Failure is the stepping stone to success, so that means an explosion means there's been a success right? Licht is baffled as he points out that to normal people that means there's been an accident.
Kengo points out that someone is coming out of the room, multiple people in fact. Yasuyori asks if there's been people hurt and suggests barging in to go help them, but Touji cuts in telling him not to throw his life away and to watch what happens. An alchemist, a governor, and a jiangshi all walk out. The alchemist is super excited he can breathe fire now like he does in his dreams. The governor cheers about how light his back feels and talks about having wings put on him is making him feel so good. The jiangshi says carrots and bell peppers (foods that Japanese children are stereotyped as hating) taste good now and calls out to his mommy and daddy saying he's not picky anymore. All three thank Tvastar for modifying them before exiting stage right.
Kengo, Touji, and Yasuyori are baffled silent at what just happened, and Ryouta tries to ask about the mobs who passed by. He points out that they were saying thanks and crying happy tears. Tiger Man says he's seen that look before when he was shaking hands with his fans, and Tanetomo says the person you're here to meet should be inside.
Inside Tvastar says the modifications are complete and thanks Vritra for its work. He talks about how modding is the solution to all problems, calling it quick and easy. If you're missing something, just add it on! Tvastar then turns his attentiont to you all and asks what people are unhappy about with their bodies as of now. Height? Wings? Touch? He's even got the materials for firebreathing if you want that. You are confused about the talk about body modding and/or yell that a wild mad scientist has appeared.
Moritaka admits to being interested in being taller, but the idea of modding his body scares him. Tvastar turns to you and asks if you want anything then. Won't the encounters you get after changing yourself be great? You ask if he means you, ask if he's going to body mod you, or try to say nothing bothers you at the moment. Tvastar is disappointed and says you can ask him for whatever. You can even let him surprise you by adding whatever he wants as an option. After a moment, Tvastar picks something up from you as he asks if you're from Deva Loka, saying that in some seriousness, he feels like he met you before.
Everyone is mildly disturbed by the sweaty guy who walked out of the smoke to recommend body modding to you all, and Tezcatlipoca turns to Kurogane to ask if the mad scientist here is it. Kurogane is shocked at the mad scientist descriptor but admits he can't argue much against it. He then turns to Tvastar to try to get him to stop talking about modifications and to listen to you guys. Tvastar finally processes that Kurogane is here and asks how long he's been there. Kurogane sighs that he's been here the whole time and that Tvastar doesn't take in anything around him when he talks about his pet subject.
A little time after, Kurogane steps forward to introduce Tvastar to you all, calling him the one in charge of bioengineering in the Crafters. Tvastar greets you all, then motions to Vritra, the giant snake around his arm who bows in greeting, as he introduces it to you. He also calls it his beloved creation and organic workshop as he asks everyone to please clap. You either comply, start cheering, or sit there and do nothing. A has Tvastar thank you all for the applause and talks to Vritra about how nice it is that everyone's accepting it. In B, Tvastar comments on how excited everyone is getting and how that's making Vritra satisfied too before petting it. In C, Tvastar is disappointed by the lack of response and says Vritra is crying too.
Tiger Man is in mild disbelief that Tvastar is the one Tezcatlipoca is looking given how he's turned out. Kengo comments on hearing a word he doesn't hear much and asks what bioengineering is. Shirou explains that it's one of the fields in science, and it's where people study the mechanisms of nature and living beings and try to replicate it artificially. This flies over Ryouta's head, so Tvastar talks about how things can't be created from nothing. He argues that it'd be fine to reference mechanisms from other fields of study then. That's how bioengineering got started, studying nothing about recreating something until it could be recreated. Tvastar then bluntly states that he's a genius, so he can make a rough approximation of anything. He can do just about anything in all the general subjects and says he's good at studying, or whatever. He asks if the guys understand. Kengo, Ryouta, and Moritaka tell him they do not.
Tvastar takes it that he should stop getting into the details and dumb things down a bit. In short, he's a specialist in making vessels for life. That's who he is, thank you all for coming. Now with that done, Tvastar turns to Tezcatlipoca and asks what his business with him is. Tezcatlipoca laughs to himself about how he truly is a part of the Tokyo-wide famous freak brigade artisanal group the Kamata Crafters. Kurogane still picks up on what Tezcatlipoca backtracked from and asks in shock if he really said that. Tezcatlipoca tells Tvastar that he has a personal request as a sun avatar he really wants done, and he asks if he'll make him a body. Tvastar agrees without missing a beat, leaving Kengo, Ryouta, and Tiger Man to be shocked at how nonchalant he is about it.
Tvastar mentions that he's heard the gist of things from Kurogane, and he brings up that he was called Creator of Life in his home world. As a celebrant of life, there's no way he'd turn him down! Tvastar asks for a reference of what Tezcatlipoca wants his body to look like, which he is promptly given. Tvastar then asks how the doll body is working out. He picks Tezcatlipoca up and says he'll check for himself, pulling at him and spinning him around examining the construction. Tiger Man gets scandalized at all the pulling and stuff in the background. Tvastar then says he's seen enough, mentioning that he can handle it though there are some issues to deal with.
Tezcatlipoca says he's already heard about it from Kurogane, then informs Tvastar that everything aside from a Certain Thing is already sorted out. Tanetomo steps forward to say everything else has been accepted, so all that's left is get the contract with Tvastar done. Tvastar is impressed that they're done with everything aside from getting his accepting the job contract, and he comments that he likes not having to think about other things and just getting on with it. He agrees to do it and swears upon his reputed title. He also mentions having something on his mind and wonders about some insides stuff as he laughs. You react with shock and say you feel a chill.
Some time later, Tezcatlipoca thanks you for waiting for him and says that everything has been handled smoothly. Kengo asks him why you guys were asked to come, so Tezcatlipoca explains that they were thinking of shooting up a bunch of fireworks of war for the sake of their ambitions. Really big fireworks that'll get the citizens of Tokyo involved, and he laughs about how fun it'll be. The gang gets on edge at this, and Shirou asks if that was why you were all called over. To get them and you involved in this. Touji says he's sick of hearing about the ceasefire and says they can't trust them after all.
Tezcatlipoca starts to make an announcement of when the war will break out, which he says will be on the next break. Ryouta is surprised to hear this, and Tezcatlipoca says that the name of the operation will be the Great Happy Happi Strategy as Kurogane and Tvastar join in with him in saying it. The gang plus Licht are baffled by this, and you either react with confusion, saying it sounds fun, or yell that it's a dumb joke.
Tezcatlipoca laughs all self-importantly, asking what you think of the name and saying he likes it as names made on the spot go. Ryouta is too confused to give a response, and Shirou attempts to ask Tezcatlipoca to explain what the plan actually is, adding that the name sounds idiotic interesting. Tezcatlipoca doesn't seem to notice and compliments Shirou for understanding so quickly. But anyways, all he wants right now is a body that'll be more suitable for fighting with you. Kurogane gave him a summary earlier and worked with his executive management to get the things together. The only thing they still need is Emotion Energy, a power possessed only by living beings. You ask for further explanation and can mention feeling like you've heard of this before.
Tvastar explains that it's indispensable when it comes to making bodies since that is what separates memories from records. He says that every world is lacking in happiness, the power to make everyone around you smile. Ryouta is baffled by this, but Licht gets it and figures out that is why the Tycoons are getting involved. You turn to him to ask about the Warmongers working with the Tycoons on something.
Licht explains that the Tokyo Casino is holding a large festival with no fixed end date. The grounds will be open to the public with many visitors coming to enjoy the festivities. Ryouta starts putting the dots together, and Tezcatlipoca mentions about hearing that Tokyo holds several 'wars' called festivals that get tons of people excited. If the 'happy power' from those events are collected, he'll be able to get his body made. Touji then asks if the operation name came from happi coats.
Tanetomo says the more detailed explanations can happen later among the advisors and assures you that the power collection won't harm anyone. Yasuyori also speaks up to ask for your cooperation. Moritaka seems a little surprised at him, and Tezcatlipoca asks if you'll help. You tell him there'll be conditions for that.
Camera then shifts over to your safehouse as you tell the news to the rest of the guild. Agyou is excited about the idea of having a group trip the coming weekend, as is Hanuman. Kijimuna asks if he can come too and also voices his excitement. R-19 needs a moment to look up what a festival is, and once he's done with that he asks if he can have fun there too. An Evil chatters in excitement. Touji laughs at how loud things are with everyone here, which he notes is understandable. Kengo comments that the Warmongers are pretty generous to arrange and pay for a hotel stay for all the Summoners. You either have some worries about how it all turned out, wonder if it's thanks to Cait Sith, or say Solomon should be happy with this.
Moritaka notices that Ryouta isn't around and asks where he is since he was just there a second ago. Shirou says Tezcatlipoca promised to let him bring his friends, so he went out to go call them. Kengo says Ryouta was so happy he was crying, then asks if he's really that moved. Touji is pretty sure Ryouta is since he likes big parties and stuff. Tadatomo pokes his head out of the ceiling to inform you that Ryouta is coming back.
When Ryouta comes back in, he notices that everyone seems to be having fun and asks what you were talking about. Everyone declines to tell him, so he playfully pesters people for details and guesses it must be plans for the trip. Laughs and bustling activity fill the safe house, and the episode ends with the holidays quickly approaching.
Every time tadatomo appears in the ceiling gives me life
